When is the best time to rest?
All the years I rested in the Crimea in the middle of summer, and in this, for some reason, I really want to try it in September. Please advise where is the best place to do this (in Crimea)? Describe some features of the rest in this place? And in general, is it worth changing the middle of summer to the beginning of autumn? Thank you in advance!!!

For several years now I have been going to the Crimea only in September, but this is of course for lovers of the velvet season - I don’t like the hot scorching sun. September is perfect for this. I go to the sanatorium "Gorny" in Livadia. The complex of medical services, food, beach, territory - everything corresponds to the paid money. Accommodation starts from a room without amenities with a bathroom in the hallway to suites. Water in the sea - you can swim, the air temperature is + 21 + 25, but do not burn

September is a great time to relax. But keep in mind that somewhere before September 10, the weather is very unstable. It's raining and it's getting colder. After the 10th the weather improves. Although once in a while it is not necessary. Sometimes the whole of September is cold.
At the expense of a particular place, it is very difficult to suggest anything, because. everything is purely individual. First of all, you need to decide what you want:
1 Town / city
2 Beach pebble/sand
3 Entertainment, disco dancing/silence
4 Distance from the sea
And then...

I go to the Crimea, mostly in June and September. It's not so hot, and there are an order of magnitude fewer people. I agree with the previous author, at the beginning of September the weather is not stable, so it is better to go after the 10th.
I travel to Western Crimea, Chernomorskoe, Olenevka. There is something to do, diving, windsurfing, kiting. Prices are lower than on the South Coast and the sea is cleaner.

I only go to Crimea in September - usually from September 15th to October 4th. I have a rest in Livadia (20 minutes walk from Yalta along the embankment). Sea 22-23 degrees. Even the kids swim. There are few people at this time. The sun is soft but hot: 28-29 degrees. I do not advise you to go at the beginning of September, because the weather is rainy until the 10th. And the most important thing for gourmets at this time of the year is FIGS! I wish you a great vacation!

Seven years in a row we rested only in September in Gurzuf, it’s great, but the situation is dumb with the weather - you may not be lucky. with the beach it can be a bummer for a long time. And also a purely personal observation - acclimatization is easier for me in the summer, after a September holiday in the Crimea I always caught a cold upon arrival.
