The service at the hotel is super, the staff is friendly, they met us very cool, they told us everything, they responded to any request and helped! The design of the hotel is cool, wooden, as if houses are standing among the minipark! To the beach - 5 minutes.

We rested in early June with a small child, lived in a 4-storey wooden cottage on the top floor with a gorgeous view of the forest and the mountain and with a side view of the sea. We arrived almost at night, but we were warmly welcomed, quickly issued, brought dinner to the room. The room is clean, everything is new, floor-to-ceiling windows, a large balcony with a table, chairs and a dryer.

The room has a double bed, sofa bed, several bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, refrigerator, TV. Unfortunately, there is no kettle, for me and the child it was very important. Room cleaning every day.
The hotel area is small, but very green, cozy, with its own special delightful atmosphere, the air here is magical, a mixture of juniper, pine and the sea. From the hotel to the sea there is a path through the forest, it is very nice to walk to the sea for 3-5 minutes. Or you can go around the alley a little further than 7 minutes. There is free parking. You can contact the reception with any question, they will always help and prompt.
In the main building there is a wonderful cafe, where it is pleasant to eat with a beautiful view of the bay and mountains. Breakfast is included in the price, you can choose from the menu three dishes for each. Everything is fresh, tasty, there is something to feed the child. Complex lunches for 350 rubles are also delicious, there is a choice. The waitresses are friendly, friendly, but sometimes they forget to bring bread))
I really liked Novy Svet village! Small, picturesque, cozy, beautiful embankment, within walking distance of the market, pharmacy, shops, bus stop, there is where to walk with a stroller, there is a public playground. For hikers, there are eco-trails. In comparison with other hotels in the Crimea, service and maintenance at a high level, good value for money! Thanks for the rest! We hope to return again!
