We stayed in this boarding house together with a young man. It feels like everything is not very fresh - tea is just sweet water, the dining room itself is echoes of the Soviet era, including dishes, and I'm sure that in this very Soviet time when it was new it was wonderful - a large balcony overlooking the mountains , there is a platform for dining on the street, but now it is all dilapidated and needs repair. Separately, about the repair - the rooms were recently renovated, the repair is chic, the rooms themselves are large and bright, air conditioning, TV, a good bathroom, a large balcony, stunning views of the sea and mountains, a small drawback is a very small refrigerator in the rooms with all amenities, and so wonderful. The disadvantage is that there is no elevator, and there is a shaft for it, that is, it is apparently broken and no repairs are planned. The territory is very small, but cozy, the biggest drawback that immediately catches your eye is a large unfinished building next to the boarding house (a swimming pool was planned back in Soviet times), which is not going to be completed or demolished, spoils the whole look of the boarding house and blocks the sea view from the rooms on the lower floors. The staff is polite, the guys are trying very hard (especially the canteen workers, who are not to blame for the bad food and they have to listen to the complaints of vacationers every day), if you ask, they will help, prompt and open the door at night. The village of Novy Svet itself is the most romantic place I have ever been, I didn’t even know that there are such beautiful places in the direction of Sudak (Golitsyn Trail, Tsar’s Beach, mountains), the village seems to be located in a bowl surrounded by mountains, the only thing is a small village, so food is not good there - it's better to go to Sudak, but, nevertheless, there is a small market and shops, champagne "new light" is really very good and worth the money. In general, I advise you to visit the boarding house, just read the reviews right away and be prepared for shortcomings.

I have been coming to Crimea 3 times a year since 2014 and every time I see changes. This includes the restoration of roads and the construction and restoration of resorts and hotels. It is unlikely that those who write nonsense here stayed at George V and numerous famous hotels in the world....Crimea should be enjoyed !!!!!!! !

If you want to have a normal rest - come by car or be content with the beaches - ordinary and royal (which is not easy to get to, especially with children). The car will allow you not to sit in one place, but to ride - Sudak, Yalta, Feodosia, etc. I think we arrived a little early. It was necessary to wait a couple of years for civilization to come here. In general, we had a good rest, because we were mobile, ate ourselves, so as not to get poisoned by the meager buffet, and scored on the lack of service on the very first day. What to talk about if there is not even a kettle in the room for 4t / day, which you have to go to the reception to beg for (and they are always not there; fortunately, the guys from the reception gave theirs. Not for long. ))). The cooler, it seems, the administration of the boarding house saw only in the pictures. But at the entrance there is a Soviet machine with soda. True, they immediately apologized that it did not work. However, we didn’t have any trulers with us. ))Summary. After Turkey and, especially Europe, tin. . . But the nature is good, the sea is clean. But there are a lot of stones, it is unpleasant to go into the sea. If they are outraged with the mind, it will be great. and yet - the USSR. Silly owl.

It is located far from the beach, but the way there is not annoying, but in the evenings it is quiet, you can not hear the music from the restaurants on the waterfront. The beach is pebbly - it is not very convenient to enter, quite large stones are found in the surf. Sunbeds are paid (5 gr. hour, 30 gr. all day). It is almost impossible to find a free place without a sunbed after 10 o'clock. Many vacationers on the beach come from Sudak. The royal beach (sandy) is closed due to collapses of stones and they don’t swim on it (they only bring it up to look on a boat). In the robber's bay, the water is cleaner than in the New World, but the beach is very small (15-20 meters) and by 11 o'clock it is completely filled. They come mainly on boats (5 people brought us for 150 gr. ). But you can get off the Golitsyn trail and crawl along the rock (50-60 meters) to this beach. A minibus goes to Sudak from the market (2.5 hryvnias). We visited a dolphinarium in Sudak. You can take pictures and even swim with dolphins. But this is for a fee and in a separate queue. We enjoyed our stay and would like to return next year.

We had hot water around the clock as there was a heater in the room. Not a five star hotel, but a very good budget option. For us it was better than a private house, quiet and peaceful. There was a refrigerator, but there was no stove to cook food, only an electric kettle. But we didn’t come to cook, but to relax, and this didn’t bother us, we ate at local cafes, the prices are quite reasonable.
