Every three days they changed linen and towels, did the cleaning (by default, in our absence). The resort fee was not charged, dishes, kettle, t / b, soap and everything you need in the room was, incl. hair dryer next to the mirror in the restroom. Good transfer. We checked in and out at night, everything went smoothly and safely, without any claims or additional payment.
Now for what I didn't like. As already noted, there is no soundproofing. Too thin floors and walls. Snoring / coughing / footsteps of neighbors - you can hear everything. Wifi often slowed down.
The food in the dining room is not great. But this is a matter of taste. We ate breakfast, because included, and lunch/dinner ordered 1 time. They bought water.
Vacation didn't work out. Children caught an intestinal infection, got sick with severe vomiting. There are no contacts for an ambulance, a fire department in the hotel (moreover, a wooden one), how to call an ambulance - they don’t say. There was no doctor at the local dispensary. No medical care. It was very scary. It is good that pharmacists in pharmacies have normal and necessary medicines.
Impressions from the rest were not the best. I hope that over time there will be order in Crimea, and it will become more pleasant and safer to rest there. I wish the hotel all the best.

The village itself is small and 8 minutes to the sea through the park. Doesn't stress. Of the shortcomings - a lot of stones at the entrance to the sea. But then you get used to it. We compared Sudak - the beach and the water are cleaner. It's more relaxing here. I really liked the boat trip to the Royal Beach. In general, I liked the rest!
