We rested in the boarding house "Family" last summer in June, two adults and a baby 1g10mes. The boarding house is focused on holidays with kids, the playground is very good and not alone, a children's pool, gazebos, we had a junior suite, cleaning every day, everything is fine. They fed well, the baby separately. Loved it!!

Hello! We rested in Nikolaevka in a private boarding house "Family" (end of July-beginning of August) with the whole family (4 people).
The room was booked in advance in a wooden frame. Everything that is indicated and described on the site was confirmed. The room is comfortable, convenient, clean with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and hot water. They cleaned every day, changed bed linen and towels every other day. I was struck by the garden and the rose garden next to the house. It's a miracle!!!! The fragrance of roses and Crimean herbs (lavender, rosemary...) and the singing of crickets and cicadas filled our vacation with unforgettable impressions. On a particularly hot afternoon, one could retire to the gazebo, read under the coolness of the leaves of cherries and peaches. The place is quiet and peaceful. Just right for families with children. The service staff is friendly and helpful!!! They fed very well. I didn't want to leave this paradise.

Hello. We also rested in the FAMILY. In general, everything seems to be nothing. But noisy. The rooms are small. Food for a child is normal. But for a man it’s not enough of course. Too few fish. There are few meat dishes. But there was too much pasta. .canteen staff literally pushed out from the dining room table. because it was necessary to cover for the next shift. and cursed if they were even 10 minutes late. I had to run like in a pioneer camp in time for lunch. They promised. I didn’t go through any channel. Which really overshadowed my husband’s vacation. Although not everything was so neglected, there was an alternative, to go and look at a nearby smoky beer bar. And so the territory of the boarding house is clean. gave me a good rest. Deluna, probably your negative review is the result of not watching the Championship. We arrived a week ago from "Family". As for food: my husband and I could not finish everything that was served, there were 2 times pasta in 2 weeks, mostly young potatoes for garnish. No one drove us (although they were regularly late - a child of 2.5 years old) and did not hurry, I did not see this with other vacationers. Everything is so great!!! Clean rooms, great menu for both adults and kids.

Rested in the boarding house "Family" family in July 2010. The room was standard. It turned out to be very small (it looked bigger on the photo of the site), which immediately spoiled the mood. If you open the window - you can't sleep! The noise from discos and eateries is incredible almost until the morning! As for cleanliness and cleaning, there are no complaints. The food is delicious, but small portions. Children generally miserable portions! Funny to watch! The resort area is beautiful. To the beach - 5 minutes at a slow pace. BUT!!!!! There are so many people it's scary! The beach is very, very dirty. The streets of Nikolavka are full of rubbish and dirt. If you want to go to Nikolaevka, then stay in large boarding houses! It's very beautiful, well-groomed! And there is a promenade, clean, there is where to take pictures. And if all the same in the "Family" - it is better in wooden log cabins. The rooms are bigger and away from the noise! A week after staying in Nikolavka, we moved to Foros. All prices are higher! Few places to eat! But everything is clean and tidy! On the beaches (there are only seven of them) there has always been a place! So the choice is yours! I personally will not go to Crimea anymore! Well, I don’t want to give that kind of money for the Crimea! We went mainly for the sake of the climate, so that the child would improve his health.

We rested in the Family in August 2010 with a 3-year-old child. I didn’t even think that everything would be wonderful. We had a junior suite, spacious, large double bed and a sofa for a child, the room was clean, air-conditioned, snow-white towels - changed every day, separate towels for the beach, cleaning every day. The food is excellent, the staff is polite, slides for children, swings, the area is just beautiful. There is certainly noise from the street, but where does it go, on the second day they got used to it. Maybe it will be quieter in the log cabins - they are far away from the site. There are people on the beach, well, it was a bit much, well, the month of August. We really liked it, in September 2010 we sent the child with her grandmother there, there were fewer people, the weather let us down a bit, but we are also happy with everything. We are meeting again this year. Personally, I advise everyone. For families with children, a very very excellent pension.

We rested with a 4-year-old child at the end of August 2010, there was a standard room with a balcony, we liked it very much! Very clean, incredibly beautiful and cozy territory, polite staff, very tasty food, varied, a separate menu for the child (there is no porridge at home, but he ate there!), And desserts, and fruits, and yogurts ... We really liked it, Expectations matched reality! In the summer we are going to go to the Family Hotel again!!!

I stayed at this boarding house in June 2008. I liked the owners, the maid.
We were given a suite for two adults at a standard price (beginning of June ...) They cleaned well, changed towels daily as in normal hotels, entrance to the sea was free.
Food was bought at the market nearby, but food was not taken.
Everything was great!
