The pool that we were promised and which is on the photo on the Internet on the site does not correspond to what we saw, it is small, not even small, it's just a puddle in the "basin", and we are also not happy about the attitude, we were offered to move 2 times in different rooms, although we booked a room in advance, and the price was much more than nearby in other mini-hotels, although it is not clear for what reasons. After a week of fraying nerves, we moved to Skif 46, paid 20% less there and were very pleased, especially with the attitude of the owner Svetlana, and rested comfortably and without deceit there for another week.

We fully support the opinion of previous vacationers. Prices in Sogdiana are much higher than in neighboring cottages. There is no attention from the staff, it seems that they don’t care about vacationers, they are treated according to the principle: if you don’t, there will be others. The pool is tiny and dirty. Some of the rooms overlook a dusty road behind which there is a construction site and a market, while the cost of the room is unreasonably high. The beach is very small, it is very difficult to accommodate.

In Nikolaevka in the cottage town "Skif" we rested several times, including in "Sogdiana". There, prices are much higher than in other cottages, and indeed some of the rooms overlook a dusty road overlooking the market and the construction site. We have already visited Nikolaevka this year, we stayed in the cottage "SON". The impression is terrifying - all the rooms are social, ie. the most primitive, all the decoration is the cheapest, in the room there is no kettle, no dishes, no cafe, as is the case in other cottages. And the hostess is just a Gestapo woman, in her eyes there is only money, but she doesn’t give a damn whether it’s convenient for a person. On the day of departure, you need to get out of the room at 10 am and if the train is in the evening, wander in the heat wherever you want. But most importantly, there is NO beach at all this year! The entire shore was washed away and the waves continue to wash the dirty clay shore, so the water on the beach is brown. Solid dirt and no beach. Who planned to go to Nikolaevka, reconsider your decision before it's too late.
