Three days ago we returned home from this boarding house. The general impression can be characterized by a quote from the classic - "I don't come here anymore. " Because for the money it could be better.
We chose according to the territory - so we got a good, well-groomed, large park area. But when we entered the room - *censorship*. . . The first thing that caught my eye was a cork from a plastic bottle, lying right in the middle of the room. I understand that you can still not very carefully clean somewhere under the bed - but so like this ? ! Dirty wallpaper on the wall, the smell of dampness, the toilet stinks like in a morgue - the water lock of the shower drain does not work (by the way, it is in the floor - there is no shower cabin or tray). Fortunately, they offered to see a couple more rooms in return, and managed to choose a slightly less smelly one. The furniture is rotten, which should have been replaced 10 years ago (the windows too), the refrigerators are shabby. Mirrors and windows are washed, apparently, once a season - because. nothing can be seen in the mirror. On weekends they do not clean and take out the garbage - a comment from the administrator - "So what? The trash can is around the corner! " Not even trash bags. When the toilet paper and soap ran out, they did not give a replacement. Towels and bed linen were not changed for 10 days.
Food is not a fountain. The lack of normal meat is compensated by a bunch of yoghurts, buns, cookies, chocolates... In short, you can’t call healthy food.

The site promises a lot. But there is no cultural program for children of its own - and visiting artists charge from 50 to 100 UAH per ticket. There is no left-luggage office, the sauna does not work.
Separate article - the beach. It just doesn't exist. Once the beach was a step leading into the sea - but two years ago a storm destroyed everything. There were just upside down stairs and a pile of stones. They offer to go to the beach of the "Polymer" base - where there is neither a shower, nor a normal toilet, nor even rubbish bins. But from there, the beach of "Solnechnoye" is perfectly visible, where it is all there, and also mass entertainers are constantly running around. And after we accidentally went to the closed beach of "Radiant", we generally understood the contrast - there are clean sun loungers, and awnings, and a shower, and an animator with children runs around... And Radiant is not much more expensive - and from there every evening and children's parties was heard, and they will have better numbers.
Nikolaevka itself is good for fans of discos - this is already something for everyone.
Therefore, it is understandable why even the staff was surprised that we were not on a trade union ticket - this money is not worth it. For 100 hryvnia, you can buy paper yourself, and take out the garbage - but for 400 - sorry! And in vain they found fault with the cottage "Comfort" in the reviews - they were there with friends - so the three of them for 3000 had a great rest for 10 days (with meals !!! ).
In short, Energetik, come on, goodbye! - for such money and on the South Coast you can find something.
