There are bars on the windows. like in prison . . They say the 1st line... But it's about 10 minutes to the sea. and the center is about 30 minutes . . a taxi costs 30 UAH !!! ! There is no road as such. there are no trees, no grass... They took us to Fedorov !!! !

The general impression can be characterized by a quote from the classic - "I don't come here anymore. " Because for the money it could be better.
We chose according to the territory - so we got a good, well-groomed, large park area. But when we entered the room - *censorship*. . . The first thing that caught my eye was a cork from a plastic bottle, lying right in the middle of the room. I understand that you can still not very carefully clean somewhere under the bed - but so like this ? ! Dirty wallpaper on the wall, the smell of dampness, the toilet stinks like in a morgue - the water lock of the shower drain does not work (by the way, it is in the floor - there is no shower cabin or tray). Fortunately, they offered to see a couple more rooms in return, and managed to choose a slightly less smelly one. The furniture is rotten, which should have been replaced 10 years ago (the windows too), the refrigerators are shabby. Mirrors and windows are washed, apparently, once a season - because. nothing can be seen in the mirror. On weekends they do not clean and take out the garbage - a comment from the administrator - "So what? The trash can is around the corner! " Not even trash bags. When the toilet paper and soap ran out, they did not give a replacement. Towels and bed linen were not changed for 10 days.
Food is not a fountain. The lack of normal meat is compensated by a bunch of yoghurts, buns, cookies, chocolates... In short, you can’t call healthy food.
The site promises a lot. But there is no cultural program for children of its own - and visiting artists charge from 50 to 100 UAH per ticket. There is no left-luggage office, the sauna does not work.
Separate article - the beach. It just doesn't exist. Once the beach was a step leading into the sea - but two years ago a storm destroyed everything. There were just upside down stairs and a pile of stones. They offer to go to the beach of the "Polymer" base - where there is neither a shower, nor a normal toilet, nor even rubbish bins. But from there, the beach of "Solnechnoye" is perfectly visible, where it is all there, and also mass entertainers are constantly running around. And after we accidentally went to the closed beach of "Radiant", we generally understood the contrast - there are clean sun loungers, and awnings, and a shower, and an animator with children runs around... And Radiant is not much more expensive - and from there every evening and children's parties was heard, and they will have better numbers.
Nikolaevka itself is good for fans of discos - this is already something for everyone.
Therefore, it is understandable why even the staff was surprised that we were not on a trade union ticket - this money is not worth it. For 100 hryvnia, you can buy paper yourself, and take out the garbage - but for 400 - sorry! And in vain they found fault with the cottage "Comfort" in the reviews - they were there with friends - so the three of them for 3000 had a great rest for 10 days (with meals !!! ).
In short, Energetik, come on, goodbye! - for such money and on the South Coast you can find something.

We rested in Energetika in July 2011. The overall impression is positive: a chic area, no worse than a botanical garden - photographed under every bush - beauty; good varied diet: a lot of fruits, vegetables, milk, meat, a couple of times they gave red caviar; very nice and friendly staff, the rooms are normal with a fresh renovation - a good sovdep, except that the shower is between the washbasin and the toilet, but it's better than the shared one on the floor, so we didn't make a problem out of it. … More ▾ We rested in Energetika in July 2011. The downside is the beach. Its width is 5 meters, and then concrete steps begin, pebbles everywhere, huge boulders in the sea. The sunbed on the beach itself will not fit. All sunbeds, awnings, changing rooms are on level 2-3, i. e. You are not lying on the beach, but somewhere there. But in Nikolaevka it's like that everywhere. In addition, the sea is always stormy in the afternoon. Swimming only in the morning. So, if you like a quiet vacation - almost only pensioners and workers on trade union vouchers, then relax only in the Energy. And the movement in Nikolaevka itself is normal! There are places to go and people to see. Who needs what

But we must pay tribute to the workers - they do what they can! Both green and beautiful, they work tirelessly, but the guards don’t catch mice at all, if it’s just a passage yard and everything that is grown with such difficulty breaks and tramples down with “success”! And yet, some "wise men" right under the windows of the buildings placed tables with benches - drink at least all night - fortunately the guards themselves are afraid of everyone! But in general, if you tune in only to rest, to "soviet" rest, then everything will be in order!

Rested in June 2009. Me, my wife and 5 year old daughter. From the positive: good, varied and plentiful food, well-groomed and large territory, many trees and plants, it seems that you live in the forest, polite staff. We lived in a 2-room 2-bed superior room with a balcony, it is really very comfortable and good there, there is a double bed in the room, a sofa, two armchairs, a TV set, a refrigerator in the hallway. Of the minuses: the beach of the boarding house is very unkempt, I had to go to the neighboring recreation center ("Radiant") to the beach, the dining room itself and a large number of people eating at the same time somehow did not like it, so it turned out that crowds of vacationers from other buildings went to the sea past our building , the boarding house, with the exception of the guard at the entrance gate, is not guarded and because of this it resembles a passage yard, people walk around the territory from other recreation centers, a paid Soviet gym. But in general, more good! We rested on trade union vouchers - 2 vouchers - 2 thousand hryvnias, and the total cost is 8500 hryvnias, so they don’t cost that kind of money, it’s better to relax in the neighboring Luchezarny boarding house.

It is felt that the people working there are trying to maintain the boarding house at the proper level and preserve the remnants of the former well-being of a good Soviet-era boarding house, despite the complete lack of funding and attention of the current Ukrainian authorities to the issues of this sector of the economy. But this article of income is one of the first in the Crimea.
Very friendly staff. Large and very well-groomed territory with many coniferous trees and flowers. As I understand it, the park was founded by the employees of the Nikitsky Botanical Garden. Feeding is very plentiful, quite acceptable. A lot was given with me: drinking water, ice cream, yoghurts, buns, etc. I lived in one of two old buildings (there are others that are more modern), which are closest to the sea (100 meters to it). Room with old furniture, but at the same time clean, comfortable, with a balcony and all amenities. The beach itself near the boarding house, unfortunately, was severely washed away by winter storms that year. There is a narrow strip left, but this is compensated by a lot of sunbeds under awnings, which are located on several terraces above the beach. You can sleep peacefully in the fresh air without crowds and noise. I was glad that there are always free places. Due to the local microclimate (there are continuous steppes and dry air around), the heat is easily tolerated. The sea was not calm all the time (maybe this is also a local feature), but the water is warm there. All the same, she swam every day (even on a storm warning - a stupid risk, of course - they don’t joke with the sea, she barely swam back) of her eight days off. The boarding house has an excellent and inexpensive massage therapist, I recommend it. There is no special entertainment. There are cafes, a cinema, some events for children, excursions (as elsewhere in Crimea), probably something else, I don’t know. Along the coast there is a strip of boarding houses and recreation centers, united by a common embankment and seashore. Nikolaevka is a small village with a couple of small markets and a very dirty village beach. There are no beauties of the southern Crimea either - a plain.
The taxi driver who was driving from Simferopol really spoiled the mood, as he deliberately misled the price - upon arrival it turned out to be very expensive (I firmly believe that everything in life is punishable - it will backfire on him: I was convinced more than once). Back to the station (the train was very late) the husband of the woman from the staff drove for a reasonable price, waited and put on the train, it was nice. Minibuses and a bus run from the railway station in Simferopol to Nikolayevka.
In general, a place for a relaxing and unpretentious holiday at a normal price. I bought a ticket on the spot in a boarding house without prior arrangement.
Remained satisfied. I completed my min program (sleep, fresh air, a lot of swimming, massage) to bring myself into good shape and tone in a short time.
To this we can add the impressions of the excursion to Bakhchisarai.
I wish everyone to find what they want for the rest. And that reality matches expectations.
