The 5-day corporate party of our company for the May holidays in this hotel flew by like one happy day! I don’t believe this myself, having visited many of our hotels, but really, there is not a single comment on the rest in this hotel. A well-thought-out system for organizing the work of all services from top to bottom, interaction between them without failures and delays, a computerized a la carte settlement system - all this allows you to completely disconnect from all problems and just drown in relaxation. Much credit for this, no doubt, director Ernest.
Our group of 36 people occupied 15 hotel rooms. We lived on the "All Inclusive" system, incl. alcohol. 3 meals a day: varied and very tasty, new dishes every day. Baking of our own production - a separate respect : ) Cleanliness and order in the restaurant, the absence of queues and flea markets - the merit of a huge number of staff. (See photo)

The maids run around with a walkie-talkie : ) There are rooms overlooking the pool (we had all 2-room suites). I recommend it to young people, since in the evening there are discos near the pool until about 11 pm. The soundproofing is good, but the bass is audible. But you can see all the events from the balcony. Quiet all nominal numbers (Shahriyar, Aladdin, VIP, Scheherazade... ) overlook the sea. We didn’t have others, so I don’t know where they go, you have to ask.
SPA complex. When we ordered the time (the price is included in the accommodation), we thought that we were only going to the hammam. We were pleasantly surprised that 3 saunas (Finnish, Russian, hammam) and a spa pool were prepared for us at the same time. Terry sarafans and hats, tea from the Crimean herbs added to the overall pleasant impression.
Animation. During the entire period of our stay at the hotel, we were accompanied by smiling girls in national oriental costumes: at the entrance to the restaurant, near the pool. By the way, separately about the pool: water at an air temperature of 16-18 degrees in May was always at least 25 degrees. No smell of bleach - apparently a more modern cleaning system. Competitions for children were held near the pool in the morning, competitions for adults in the evening and a disco near the bar near the pool. Beach towels were issued on the sun loungers.
Tours organized by the hotel. Due to the fact that we had 25 people on excursions, a tour plan was drawn up specifically for us: route and time. For other vacationers, there is a large selection of excursions for every day of the week. Sightseeing buses came to the minute, in all paid places we were escorted out of line. We visited Massandra - a tasting, a botanical garden, Ai-Petri, and, most importantly, with the help of the hotel, we were organized an excursion to Balaklava and a trip on a 3-deck Nautilus yacht to Yalta with a banquet and riding jet skis and a motor boat. Sea of impressions! Especially the escort of the yacht by a flock of dolphins!
Sea. Really close. The descent is not steep, the "mermaid" goes to the beach. On foot 5-7 minutes. The hotel has its own beach, but we were not in the swimming season and just walked to the sea. I don’t know why the hotel takes a minibus to the sea, you have to be completely lazy so as not to walk through the Miskhor park. A 2.5-year-old child calmly walked this distance both up and down.
I want to express my deep gratitude to the hotel staff from all the employees of our company !! ! We hope that the results of our work, after such a rest, will allow us to come again and for a longer period.
