We were very pleased with the choice of the hotel. I will try to summarize all the pros and cons: the rooms are excellent, comfortable, not all species, but the equipment is what you need, slippers, bathrobes were even in the standards! We took two standards and one suite. The suite had a great view of the pool and mountains. Large spacious room. The food you need. We lived on the package "All inclusive" - a buffet with alcohol. Plenty of food, locally produced alcohol but decent and not limited. The animation was good, they were engaged with the children, and not just turned on cartoons and movies, but the hotel administrator said that in the summer the animation was an order of magnitude higher. The program was great! Very nice audience. Family and intellectual guests. We will definitely come to you in the summer. Thank you!

We were warned that the hotel does not smoke anywhere, only on a specially designated bench near the building, otherwise a fine of 2000 rubles. But every day both rooms of our room were filled from different sides with tobacco smoke from the neighbors serenely smoking on the balconies.
Deluxe room-2. Madly liked the view from the window, the birds singing, the smell of pine needles and the proximity to the squirrel. Room cleaning is very unique. The first days everything was perfect, but then they stopped changing linen altogether, apparently, and vacuuming too. If you suddenly lingered in the room and the maid could not get out, after our departure she did not return to the room (at least for the sake of garbage collection).
I won’t talk about the beach either, because it’s not a hotel, but the transfer idea is very good.

The a la carte restaurant didn't work at all. The pool bar is open 10-22, at 10 o'clock a sleepy bartender appeared and began to prepare the bar for opening within 20-30 minutes. Menu food in the bar can only be ordered during the opening hours of the buffet restaurant, namely until 20:00. I didn’t have time for dinner a bit, look in the city for a meal. Surprised by one incident on the first evening. The same girl at the reception makes round eyes and promises to look into it. I forgot to mention, before that they also inflated prices for an already expensive subscription. Of course I take the money back and happy ending! I do not advise anyone to deal with them, I think in the hotel itself they do not do better.

We had "all incl", beer, vodka (Khortytsya) from bottles), wine p / sl, dry (all from bottles), local real juices, not powder, dessert, fruit, attentive and fast waiters, in general - not to complain to what. We will definitely come back next year. Recomend for everybody!! !

To the sea, in the same place and the Miskhor park, walk 7 minutes.
