A hotel for the very picky. We bought into advertising and a very high rating on a well-known site (in the end, they didn’t understand the reason). Rested family of three, with a child of 2.5 years. There will be many letters. We have been resting in Crimea for many years in a row. And I will say unequivocally, there are much better hotels. And then in order.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly reception staff, helped with the delivery of luggage and quick accommodation, so that we could go to lunch sooner. On this, perhaps, the vaunted helpfulness of the staff ended. We were warned that the hotel does not smoke anywhere, only on a specially designated bench near the building, otherwise a fine of 2000 rubles. But every day both rooms of our room were filled from different sides with tobacco smoke from the neighbors serenely smoking on the balconies.
Deluxe room-2. Madly liked the view from the window, the birds singing, the smell of pine needles and the proximity to the squirrel. Room cleaning is very unique. The first days everything was perfect, but then they stopped changing linen altogether, apparently, and vacuuming too. If you suddenly lingered in the room and the maid could not get out, after our departure she did not return to the room (at least for the sake of garbage collection).

I won’t talk about the beach either, because it’s not a hotel, but the transfer idea is very good.
2 restaurants, bar and coffee shop. I’ll make a reservation right away, we didn’t visit the coffee shop, we didn’t attract it. In a restaurant with a Swedish line, the staff is very nice, polite, they work quickly. The menu after a couple of days began to seem very monotonous. A lot of fried and fatty, salads with mayonnaise (if there were various dressings at the salad bar, it seems to me that it was possible to leave their choice to the guests). Drinks are served with stale glasses, not very clean cutlery on the tables. I would also recommend putting a cooling system on desserts, the cream on the cakes began to leak over time. The a la carte restaurant didn't work at all. The pool bar is open 10-22, at 10 o'clock a sleepy bartender appeared and began to prepare the bar for opening within 20-30 minutes. Menu food in the bar can only be ordered during the opening hours of the buffet restaurant, namely until 20:00. I didn’t have time for dinner a bit, look in the city for a meal. Surprised by one incident on the first evening. We decided to celebrate our arrival with a glass of dry Crimean red wine (this is not the first time in Crimea, and we are familiar with wine), we got a couple of glasses of dark brown diluted and sweet liquid at the bar. Although the bartender claimed that this is exactly what we ordered. Not much was ordered from the menu at the bar, but what was ordered did not always match the description.
The pool smells terribly of chlorine to pain in the eyes. The pool is not closed for the evening-night period, which is unsafe during children's animation.
Children's services. The children's menu presented on the site was never seen. But on the Swedish line, of course, there is something to choose for the child. Playground - an ancient swing (not very clean), a sandbox and a slide, directed for some reason into the sandbox. But I want to note the work of all the animators who worked during our stay. Cheerful, kind, the child was drawn to them. They know how to find an approach and entertain, especially in bad weather.

Evening entertainment, in principle, is also not bad, it was even interesting to watch / listen to something.
The work of the "24-hour high-speed Internet" indicated on the hotel's website leaves much to be desired. On the rented beach of the Belorussiya sanatorium, wi-fi worked much better.
Once again about the friendly staff praised in many reviews. I want to point out one situation. In the room next to us there were guests with a dog, small but very loud. She regularly interfered with the sleep of the child, and us late at night. And each time I had to contact the reception, whose actions were enough exactly until the second case. While we were guests, almost everything was nice. Upon check-out, after renting the room, none of the employees even moved to help with things or at least hold the door, we were with 2 suitcases, bags and a stroller with a child. It was possible, of course, (such thoughts visited) to interrupt the stay at the hotel. But with a small child, and even in the season, it is problematic to find a new place.
