The rooms are dirty, they are not cleaned, the garbage is not taken out, the linen is not changed until you tell them about it. The cleaning lady works from 8 am to 3.30 pm, she works alone on all 6 floors in the Dolphin building, naturally she does not have time to really clean up the rooms.
If there are 6 floors, the elevator does not work. Wifi only at the reception. The pool is paid, free of charge only for rooms of the 1st category, there are 2 and 3 more, and anyone is allowed into the pool for money.
The beach is not landscaped properly, huge stones, it is impossible to swim, despite the fact that the neighboring beaches are small pebbles and sand under water.
The food is normal, the buffet, in principle, is varied, everything is dietary, mostly steamed. Gets bored with time.
I checked into a category 2 room at night, the bathroom was dirty, of course, the cleaning lady does not work at night, I had to wash everything myself. There was no toilet paper in the room, no soap, no glasses, nothing! The room was not locked from the inside, one was a little scared, informed the administration about this, had to be reminded every day, the lock was changed only after 4 days.
At the same time, it should be noted that I have never been abroad, so I only compare with Russian hotels, recreation centers, etc. Nowhere have I seen such dirt for this money, it's terrible.
If you want to Koktebel - choose another place to stay.
The interior of the hotel has not been updated since Soviet times.
The description said about the pool, but not a word that it was paid, as well as sunbeds. In general, I do not advise anyone to go there, especially for the price they declared!
Food - you can't get poisoned, but the homeless are better fed, the hotel management and Coral for this disgrace in terms of food "full board" and even in the summer you need to go to court. Everything else is no longer interesting.
Didn't like the food in the dining room. Everything is not tasty, the portions are small, and the tea is made from Crimean tap water. Fruits (only peaches! ) are given every other day and then not ripe. True, the staff is very pleasant, and we were even fed breakfast on the day of departure, although it was no longer allowed.
The territory is open to all "savages". The entrance to the beach is free, which leads to overcrowding, and when we walked after breakfast there were no lying places, only standing ones and then near the stairs. You had to pay extra for sunbeds and a place in the shade, despite the fact that we were going all inclusive. What can not be taken away is the sea, very clean. Since we rested in the Crimea for the first time, the vegetation seemed to us very poor and not interesting. The abundance of desolated, not well-groomed territories and buildings is depressing.
In general, I will not go there again, and I do not advise others.
