We rested at the hotel in 2021, the end of August - the beginning of September. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly, always ready to help. This saved us time and money. There is an excellent swimming pool with a children's and an adult area. Children could splash all day without the sea. He came with his wife, two daughters, nephew and two grandmothers. Everyone has different ages and interests, but everyone was satisfied. The rooms are very comfortable and convenient. Very interesting hotel interior. Breakfasts are chic for every taste in the buffet format. Five minutes to the water park, five minutes to the waterfront. During the rest, the youngest daughter had a birthday, 3 years old, were pleasantly surprised by a surprise from the hotel administration. Congratulated beautifully decorated ice cream with candles. The child was delighted. So when we decide to spend our holidays in the Crimea again, we will come to As-El again.

The room was on the fifth floor (perhaps my only nitpick is to go up to the 5th floor, but this is just a whim). The interior of the hotel is excellent, with a large number of guests it is very quiet and spacious. The room was clean and tidy. We did not notice any stains on bed linen and towels, or hair, or extraneous odors. So I don't understand some of the reviews. Our room had everything you need (hairdryer, air conditioning, large refrigerator, dishes, corkscrew, TV). Very pleased with the balcony the size of the room. Plenty of space, two armchairs, a table, a sofa (good quality plastic rattan with pillows), a clothes dryer and, last but not least, a cascading roof on the balcony. In bad weather, you can safely enjoy the view of the sea and mountains. Breakfast buffet: the food is varied, there is enough of it (well, there are a lot of them) and if something ends, the waiters update and report the dishes. For lunch and dinner, you can order the complex. We dined once. Everything is fine. You can also order from the menu, not limiting yourself to set meals. There is a hookah.
The pool is what you need. The depth is excellent, there is a section for children with a small depth. The water is constantly filtered and cool.
On the last day of rest, we learned (we usually walked around Koktebel in the evening) that it turns out that every evening the animators in the cafe hold games for guests (we got to the Mafia).
I want to note the approach to security. Safety information boards and fire extinguishers are everywhere. There are several smoke and fire detectors in the room.
My review may seem advertising, but I see no reason to scold if there is nothing to scold and not praise if it is worth praising. The only downside is poor wi-fi on the fifth floor. According to the tour operator, they were supposed to fly to the hotel early in the morning at 5.00, and the check-in was from 14.00, the operator offered to pay 3000r and immediately we will be settled. Good staff, polite and friendly! Walk 15 minutes to the beach. Housekeeping im still growing and growing. For 7 days they were cleaned, well, how were they cleaned? They threw garbage out of the bucket 5 times, 3 liter juice cans were left in the room, they say from the store, throw it away yourself. Vacuumed the last 2 days out of 7, and then I already went and told the reception. After my complaint, they vacuumed and didn't clean the bathroom. With a child who eats and litters all the time, this is very noticeable. And it's not nice when you pay that kind of money for a tour, and live in a pigsty - at least bring a vacuum cleaner from home. I noticed late on the pillar at the entrance to the stairs the announcement ‘Whoever doesn’t hand over the key when leaving the room, the room is not cleaned. ’ Upon arrival, they do not warn about this, and there is no cleaning schedule either, and I am not obliged to think about it. We rented 2 junior suites in this hotel, my husband and son and my wife and 5-year-old daughter. The resettlement went without problems, they gave us a discount, a very attentive administrator Anastasia. Beautiful hall, cleanliness everywhere - the room is cleaned every day, linen and towels are changed after 3 days.

Air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, internet, cold-hot water - everything was and worked! Quiet and cozy! Close to shops, pharmacy. I don’t consider it a disadvantage to walk away from the beach, it’s useful to walk !! ! We did not eat at the restaurant, but the guests who came to us appreciated the good service! Maybe the only drawback is that the bathroom is small. . . But we would love to return to this hotel. The son's family completely agrees with me in the assessment!
