I was also "lucky" to visit the "Pearl of Koktebel" hotel on Junga, 8. We rented a whole sector with friends, all three floors, the first line, a house by the sea, as it turned out later, that this is the only plus in my opinion. Everything else is very sad : (
There was no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom, and there was no dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, probably because there were no dishes themselves. Our vacation began with the fact that we went shopping to buy household items, including kitchen and dining utensils. The room also contains a document with the rules for staying at this hotel, it contains paragraph No. 9, which says that: wet cleaning, garbage removal, cleaning of bathrooms, etc. is carried out daily. No one came, did not take out the garbage, and even more so did not wash the bathrooms))
Unfortunately, the word SERVICE is not familiar here ((
