Very soulful! The location is the best in Koktebel. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for comfort. Good staff and owner, responds to any request. We lived in a standard room, we were comfortable and had a very beautiful view from the balcony. They took breakfast, beyond praise! TVs can be changed, a bit old, and everything is very worthy.
