Rooms: At first I had a deluxe room with a balcony. Beautiful spacious room with everything you need, repair and good furniture. After there was a room on the top floor without a balcony, but with a stunning view from the windows. Well-groomed area. The holiday home is located away from the embankment, so all the fuss and noise remained there.
Of the minuses: If it were a hotel or boarding house, then I would name a couple of minuses, but I don’t want to find fault. There are always a lot of people on the beach, you can’t find a place for dinner, but this is a city beach, so this cannot be attributed to the cons of the Holiday House. I understand that in Koktebel there are no hotels with their own beach. All beaches are packed with vacationers.
