But why? ? People should not go to a meeting, so that they rest the way they wanted when they paid for certain services. The rooms are so-so. Especially without air conditioning, and on the sunny side - a moron. ! ! The lamps on the bedside tables, it seems that the cleaners themselves sewed the covers from the curtains . . , and it is impossible to turn them on - find the position in the switch to turn it on. Or terribly table lamps - another option. You will catch the Internet on the street "Step to the left. Step to the right" - trouble.
They only make it look like they want to help vacationers, but at the very level they are such a “duck”, which is sometimes disgusting. Fishing out these kopecks, 10.15, 20.25 rubles for teapots, towels, fans, etc. , is terrible for a day. And how they say _ "Well, give me another 25 rubles, if you can! " - it's tin, how disgusting . .
The elevator was repaired in 7-10 days . . : ((
There was no water in the coolers for several days either, it seems they just didn’t deliver, but they said that they were broken . . : ((
In the dining room everything is very monotonous, everything is the same, but Thank God a pleasant woman works there at the entrance, plump and smiling, very humane! Nice! ! You can chat with her! She is adorable! : )
On the sea, the deck chairs are ruined from patches of screws and seams and cracks, you can fail with your hand, foot, booty. . 699
And besides that, there is a continuous infection! E. coli rota virus! ! Take enterofuril, etc. Then go! It will feel sick, stir up, vomit, diarrhea) and then have a temperature for at least a day! Repetitions are not excluded, do not expect that having recovered once, there will be immunity.
Thank you all for your honest work, but it's actually still pretty bad for the holidaymakers you guys have!!
Sorry for such a treatment! . . : ((

Against the general background of dirty (due to the rarely located trash cans and the low level of culture of vacationers) the streets of Koktebel, Primorye stands out for its cleanliness and well-groomedness. Pros: good rooms in building 1, there is not only an adult, but also a children's pool, a good playground, a quality buffet with a traditional Russian menu, for an additional (low by Moscow standards) billiards and a tennis court.

Friendly staff. Even the maids, waiters and cleaners are of Slavic appearance (as we understood, students in practice). There is some attempt to limit the passage of non-seaside tourists to the beach, so even at 10 am after breakfast there is where to settle down on the pebble beach. 24-hour first-aid post (insurance or payment required, but we were given treatment for free). Of the minuses (small, but noticeable after Europe): at a high price of living, a paid safe, the duties of the maids do not include making the bed, instead of coffee in the dining room, a very dubious drink, you can’t go into the pool with your umbrella - rent it.
But in general, it is worth going to Koktebel to look at the beautiful nature, walk along the hills and swim in the cool sea. The village itself is nothing of interest. the private sector is just awful - even if you rent a house in a good house, you will have to walk along a dirty (sometimes smelly) street in a crowd of tourists to the beach. We did not regret that we did not save money and chose Primorye. Another thing is that for a good rest it is better to go to Europe after all.

In Crimea, as in Crimea, there are a lot of people, little service. We rested in Primorye in Koktebel together with her husband. The description of the boarding house on the site is fully true. Placed by prior arrangement at 5 am, the room in building No. 1 with air conditioning is very good. The bed and towels are clean, they were changed after 3 days, an excellent, still Soviet refrigerator, it works completely silently, the TV is normal, everything is clean, the furniture is comfortable.

Pebble beach, after 1-1.5m. there is already sand in the sea, admission is free, after 10:00 there are a lot of people. The library works, the first-aid post is the same.
In general, everything is fine, but many services are paid. The pool is free, but what is there to do on the pavement without a PAID sun lounger and umbrella? And quite strange PAID toilet on the beach.
Every year we like the village itself less and less, so we will not go here again.

Hello everybody! Rest recently in Primorye. In general - normal, in particular - even funny. It feels like this is the only place that simultaneously combines the presence of a fairly large park area, proximity to the beach and remoteness from night discos (with closed windows, you can even sleep, in principle).

Hello everybody!
Rest recently in Primorye.
In general - normal, in particular - even funny. It feels like this is the only place that simultaneously combines the presence of a fairly large park area, proximity to the beach and remoteness from night discos (with closed windows, you can even sleep, in principle).
I'll put it in order.
1. Accommodation.
I do not advise those who are demanding on comfort to rest in Primorye. We rested in building 1, in a "superior" room, and I can say that even in it the only comfort is air conditioning, furniture and not too small room area. Although the air conditioner hangs very uncomfortable - right above your head - you won’t be able to sleep in the cool - you will catch a cold.
The bathroom is depressing. At that time, "when spaceships plow the expanses of the universe" (c) the bathroom is a kennel with a toilet bowl, a sink and a shower tray, a plastic shower head, and, apparently, like all plumbing equipment, it is quite old. But, in principle, we are not picky, it didn’t spoil our vacation, but only a little amused : ))
2. Service.
In general, it's ok. But we must remind you that it's time to change the towels. Beach towels are rented for hryvnia per day.
Employees can not always give answers to questions (in general, what is done in the boarding house and where to find out what is not always easy : ) )
The elevator works according to the GZOT - up to 20 hours and with a lunch break.
Hot water on schedule, and very inconvenient. But, in a couple of days, we got used to washing with cold water, since the weather was very hot, and the water was not icy. It’s only inconvenient with a child - you can’t go anywhere in the evening for a long time, you always need to remember that the water is until 9 pm and you need to have time to wash the child.
3. Nutrition
For food - no complaints. Not too varied, without frills, but quite tasty and homely. Kefir-ryazhenka is very tasty, though they are poured into very small "drinks" : ) There are few pastries - and that's great!! ! you will not get fat (combined with breaks in the operation of the elevator - this is a big plus! : )
4. Beach.
We never understood - our own beach, not our own beach. In the morning they let people in with passes, and closer to dinner - everyone in a row.
The beach is clean, covered with awnings. Sunbeds - 25 hryvnia per day, canopy - 40 hryvnia per day. And they are rented only for a day, even if you use them for 2 hours - if you please, pay for the day. Cleverly thought out.
5. Pool - horror, horror...
6. Entertainment, sports - we were not interested, because We had enough excursions and walks around the neighborhood.
7. Territory - very well-groomed and beautiful, well done here!
Something like that. We won't go there for the second time.

Rested in the summer of 2012 family of 3 people. They were housed in building 4 (module). The very territory of the boarding house struck with its greenery, well-groomed and large area.

I also consider the updated playground, swimming pool, and, of course, animations to be a big plus of Primorye. The child with pleasure annealed both in the morning and in the evening animation. The only serious drawback of this boarding house is the food. I would like it to be more varied, especially lacking fresh fruits and vegetables. Agree, oranges in the summer are too much... But in general, they were VERY satisfied with the rest. In the summer of 2013 we are also going to Koktebel)))

This year I managed to visit Primorye for the first time and what I want to immediately note is that it is indeed a beautiful territory, for all its considerable area, the territory is studded with flowers, shrubs, trees and other vegetation.
My experience of visiting Koktebel is not very big, this year I was with a girl for the 3rd time. Before that, they rested somehow chaotically, in 2009 they rented an apartment, and last year a room in a private hotel was 20 minutes away. walk from the sea.
I would like to describe what I liked during my vacation in Primorye -
1. food - they ate on the Swedish line, different types of dishes - meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, and, most importantly for me, the main dishes are baked or stewed.
2. rooms - well-planned and furnished rooms (we lived in the second building).
3. Quite interesting excursions (paid for with a ticket), were on 2 excursions, sea and 2-hour walking.
Very handy were the evening performances of the animators, I liked how the guys work in a kind of style of pirates of the Caribbean.
From the bad:
For me, as a coffee lover, the absence of an electric kettle in the room caused inconvenience, I had to take it from the administrator of the building.
But what really spoiled the rest was the weather, which was far from summer, in the first days of the rest the sea temperature was simply unrealistic for swimming (15 C), we had to swim in the pool.
Well, everything else was great, perhaps this year's relaxation in Koktebel I liked the most.
And finally, my recommendations for those who have not yet been to Koktebel - you need to decide on a place to stay there at least in February, and in March make a reservation, however, if you plan to rent an apartment from private owners upon arrival, then this it is better to do it in the middle lane, since the closer to the sea, the higher the prices. And so you will have the opportunity to bargain and save a lot.
True, if you are a fan of sitting on a bench in a quiet park and reading a book, then in Koktebel itself, perhaps, there is such a place only in Primorye, unfortunately, I did not find such conditions in other parts of the village.

Just got back from there. Traveled with my wife. We are 32 and 30 respectively. We lived in building N1 (about 1000 UAH per day came out)
Main advantages:
1. in general, a very good number
2. really well-groomed territory
3. do not let strangers in
4. the beach is nearby (although we went to the naturist)
5. the staff is quite friendly
Minuses:
1. Hot water by the hour (! ): a couple of hours in the morning, a couple in the evening. This is at a room price of 1000 UAH per night!
2. Elevator by the hour.
3. Food - to hell. 3 points on a 10-point scale. All the cheapest. Even if you go outside the hotel, walk 20 meters to the left along the embankment, you can have a great meal for 25-30 UAH per person
4. Nearby, through the fence, an amusement park and a disco were built. So if you want to come from the sea in the evening to have dinner and relax, be prepared for the fact that until 2:30 at night you will listen to the cries of those having fun, music and the ship's horn of some extreme attraction, karaoke singing and just disco
5.
In the room, the toilet flush works in such a way that your waste is not really flushed away.
As a result, I decided that there is absolutely no point in paying 1000 UAH per day. You can even rent more expensive housing (so that the quality is the same as in this boarding house), but there will be round-the-clock water of any temperature, eat on the embankment for 25-30 UAH per person and, as a result, live cheaper by 2 or more times.
CONCLUSION: IT'S NOT WORTH IT
