Bad hotel. Arrived at 12 midnight, settled in a 2-bed room. Not even 5 minutes had passed since we wanted to move out of there. It feels like the room is not cleaned at all, dirt is up to the ears, cobwebs with spiders in all corners, dishes are dirty, the table is dirty and sticky, it stinks in the bathroom, yes.

It feels like the room is not cleaned at all, dirt is up to the ears, cobwebs with spiders in all corners, dishes are dirty, the table is dirty and sticky, it stinks in the bathroom, yes... it stinks, sewerage, the water in the shower practically does not drain, and the most the main thing is DIRTY bed linen. When we told the receptionists about this in the morning, they simply brought us a mole and an odor remover and said that the cleaning lady just probably forgot to clean up. In fact, she probably doesn’t clean there at all, everything in the entrance is overgrown with cobwebs, she is there between every step, on the ceiling, on the walls, and, in general, there is mud up to the ears. Just awful!! ! Don't go there for vacation!

Good afternoon to all who are looking for a place to stay in the summer of 2012. We rested with a small child (2 years old) in July-August 2011. We liked it, the memories were the best. We rented a junior suite with a kitchen for 2 people. + child. Of the undoubted advantages of the hotel: modern, comfortable, adequately priced rooms, well-groomed territory, location (the sea is very close, a concrete path leads to it), the beach is clean, there are not as many people as on other beaches, the beach itself is clean.

Good afternoon to all who are looking for a place to stay in the summer of 2012. We rested with a small child (2 years old) in July-August 2011. We liked it, the memories were the best. We rented a junior suite with a kitchen for 2 people. + child. Of the undoubted advantages of the hotel: modern, comfortable, adequately priced rooms, well-groomed territory, location (the sea is very close, a concrete path leads to it), the beach is clean, there are not as many people as on other beaches, the beach itself is clean. Cleaning is daily, beds and towels were changed even more often (the maid was very responsible : ). The slightest question/problem - the attendants solve it. Thank you. In general, there were no serious complaints. There are good warm memories and a desire to return.
What I did not like: stale products in the store on site, limited assortment and high prices. The proximity to the tent city was a little annoying: the contingent was dubious, nightly concerts (live music). However, a couple of times in the evening they "gave" jazz - it was great to sit on the balcony listening to jazz at sunset. shops / bazaars / pharmacies are far away, so it is better to stock up on medicines / non-perishable products on the first day of rest, so as not to waste time later. Embankment - 3 min. on foot. Of the establishments that we visited - "Golden Bochka", perhaps the best. There are many bistros and fast food places on the waterfront where you can eat (not very expensive, and seems to be safe : ). In general, Koktebel and Dim-2 are a good choice!

Holiday feeling 24 hours a day! The sea is 20 meters away, in the evening the hotel has its own cinema near the pool, an excellent cafe at the hotel. The administration and the tour operator resolve all issues promptly. Organization of additional excursions and delivery of tickets on the same day (if you need to leave urgently).

No obsession (as in Turkey and Egypt). But you always feel the care and attention. I have a rest together with the Planet-Koktebel and I advise everyone.

I really liked this hotel: they settled in 5 minutes, everything was clean, cozy, COOL (there is a saving air conditioner in each room). The room has a comfortable large bed, necessary furniture, a kettle and a refrigerator, dishes, a shower with basic necessities. Cleaning every day at any time convenient for you, on the territory - a cafe, a tent with various edibles, security.

The room has a comfortable large bed, necessary furniture, a kettle and a refrigerator, dishes, a shower with basic necessities. Cleaning every day at any time convenient for you, on the territory - a cafe, a tent with various edibles, security. Everything is simple and pleasant. And all this for a relatively small price - 50 USD for a double room (but there was another four-year-old child with us) per night. Many thanks to the staff for your hotel! By the way, the beach is really a 3-minute walk, the center is also close (to water park, dolphinarium, etc. )

We were pleasantly surprised. Great area, cozy large rooms. It turned out that I took with me many unnecessary speeches. She went with her husband and three children, she also took an electric stove and utensils, as well as various household items. It turned out that everything is provided. An electric grill was waiting for us on the balcony, a microwave and enough utensils in the room.

Although the restaurant by the pool has quite decent cuisine, and my youngest is one and a half years old, so the opportunity to cook something yourself was appropriate. I liked that everything was new: linen, towels. The apartment really felt like home. Honestly, I never swam in the sea, because compared to the pool it is cold, dirty, jellyfish ...the guys swam, the beach is normal, but I liked to swim in the pool.
