From September 15, we rested with a friend in Koktebel - the hotel Semiramida. I really want to thank the owners for a wonderful hotel and a wonderful attitude towards vacationers... The hotel is very comfortable, impresses with its cleanliness, beautiful green area, a wonderful view from the balcony to Karadag, a cozy kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking, and a dining room where you can eat (or you can on your balcony) generally resembles a small restaurant.

From September 15, we rested with a friend in Koktebel - the hotel Semiramida. I really want to thank the owners for a wonderful hotel and a wonderful attitude towards vacationers... The hotel is very comfortable, impresses with its cleanliness, beautiful green area, a wonderful view from the balcony to Karadag, a cozy kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking, and a dining room where you can eat (or you can on your balcony) generally resembles a small restaurant. But the most important thing I want to note is the presence of stylish beautiful dishes in the dining room, and in the bathrooms there is always fresh soap and CLEANITY. Every year I spend my holidays in the Crimea, I try to visit different cities and towns, naturally I have to rent housing for recreation , but for the last 3 years Semiramis has turned out to be the best place to stay. . . Thanks to Anya and Volodya for a well-spent vacation and best wishes for the prosperity of a wonderful hotel!! !

I want to write a review about a wonderful hotel and a place where you can have a great rest as a family and a company. the hotel "Semiramide" has wonderful owners - believe me, this is very important, a couple of times you went to the beach and you only hear from private houses: "children cannot draw with chalk on my paths! that you make noise at night, etc.

I have been going to Koktebel for the 4th time, the last three I have been living in this hotel (I have rested almost everywhere along the Black Sea coast - it just pulls here - it’s impossible to explain - but I know a lot of people who come to Koktebel all the time) even at the hotel you meet people with whom you rested last year. the view from the rooms directly to the mountains, there is no noise or debris from the embankment. the hotel has a separate building where you can cook and relax, I went with my girlfriend and friends - there is not a single person who would say that they didn’t like it - everyone was delighted. and the prices are simply fabulous - believe me - there is no better place in Koktebel

The hotel is not bad at all! Perfect for a family vacation. BUT! It is located very far from the sea - walking along a dusty road about 35 minutes to the sea. Of the shortcomings: 1. An electric stove on which dumplings are cooked for about an hour. 2. The kitchen is very small for such a large number of visitors.

The hotel is not bad at all! Perfect for a family vacation. BUT! It is located very far from the sea - walking along a dusty road about 35 minutes to the sea.
Of the shortcomings:
1. An electric stove on which dumplings are cooked for about an hour.
2. The kitchen is very small for such a large number of visitors.
3. The owners are deceiving that a delivery will go to the sea, but this is not even close!
4. There are 2 bathrooms on the floor for 5 rooms, BUT they are used by all and sundry and there is a mess and a queue!
5. The owners meet you for free in Feodosia, for which we thank them, but I think this is so that people are not afraid of the distance to the sea and they are not intercepted by other owners who offer housing closer to the sea and cheaper! But to take you to the station you will be offered to pay 100 UAH, although a taxi costs 80 UAH, and by bus in general 5.50 UAH!
6. The owners are VERY incorrect with the reviews of their visitors - they simply delete them if something is written from the shortcomings of the hotel!!!
In our review on their website, nothing bad was written, it was just told about a small kitchen, distance to the sea, transportation and a bathroom.
There was a very unpleasant aftertaste, next time I will never contact them and I will not advise my friends!
Anya and Volodya, they don't build a business like that!

To be honest, I really liked it there, despite the fact that the hotel is not located by the sea, this is warned when booking rooms, I like an active lifestyle and walking every day, then what is needed. The owners of the hotel, Anna and Vladimir, are very attractive people, excellent interlocutors, they are good-natured and treat their vacationers with trepidation.

The rooms were always clean, beautiful views of the mountains, peace and quiet, and all this at affordable prices, this is the kind of vacation I appreciate the most. I am looking forward to the next year to return to Koktebel, to the hotel "Semiramide".

We are from Belarus, were, probably, the first who were accepted by the owners of "Semiramide" Volodya and Anna. Everything was very cool. Volodya and Anya are generally super! The conditions are excellent. If anyone wants to take a break from everything - this is the best place. Taking this opportunity, hello to the little girls Anya and Volodya.
