In general, the hostess herself is rude, as is the maid. Cleaning, by the way - they only vacuum and take away the garbage (not every day), asked to clean the bathroom, as the curtain lets water through, the maid did, but with a look as if she had done me a VERY big favor.
Regarding breakfast: very small portions, I always gave half to my husband so that he would not be hungry at all.
There was not enough space in the room and bathroom for various little things. She put everything in a wardrobe.
Also, it would not hurt to glue the wallpaper that fell off.
There were also not enough towels - two per person (small and large). Dirty bathroom rug and cracked sink
Pros: They change linen (1 ruble in 3-4 days), it was normal for us to go to the sea (7 minutes), in principle, there is a pool, we didn’t swim, but the children are fine (small), there is a kettle in the room, mugs (there were dirty, of course), refrigerator. Good view of the mountains and the sea. There is a safe.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Classic. Friendly and trouble-free hosts received guests as if they were their relatives. They also "worked" as guides. Routes were explained in detail, and routes were advised, taking into account the composition of vacationing families. Always responded to requests and met our wishes.

Two minuses: poor ventilation in the bathroom - I had to keep the door to the bathroom constantly open, there was only one electric kettle for all the rooms - I had to "run" after it : )

It has a good territory, where you can park a car, let your child go for a walk, and fry kebabs in the evening, and generally just sit in the evening. The staff is inconspicuous, but the room is always clean and tidy.

The Villa itself is beyond praise, very comfortable rooms, excellent soundproofing, at the same time a private quiet place, a large yard, where you can take a walk, have a barbecue and just sit and admire the stars in the evening. I also liked it in Koktebel itself, because the line of beaches is just huge, there is everything on the promenade!!! ! The child is delighted with the dolphinarium, the wife is delighted with the sea excursion around Kara-Dag, I am delighted with the water park, as well as with the huge number of cafes where there is everything for every taste! So this year we are also going there.

We stayed last year with the whole family in this hotel. I really liked the living conditions, and the service, and the location, close to the sea, 5 minutes to walk through the territory of Primorye to their beach. Very large and cozy area. And the most pleasant memories of Koktebel itself. The water park and the dolphinarium are beyond praise!! !.
