Hello dear readers!
I convey warm sunny and sea greetings to all of you from the Crimea, from Koktebel!
During my stay here I wanted to write my review. And here is the main idea I want to share first of all: To win - you need to play! So, take part in the giveaway!
It was this trip to Koktebel, to the private cottage village "DIM" that I won!
The fact is that in a group on a social network there was a draw - a trip to Koktebel. For free! There were many who wanted to. But I won! It was an unforgettable feeling: the joy of an unexpected spontaneous gift, the anticipation of a holiday of body and soul. And the most beautiful thing is when you yourself can choose any room to relax! (Namely, this opportunity was provided to me by the co-owner of the rooms in this village - Ludwig Mikhailovna).

The Provence room is simply superb! Made in the author's design style. As soon as I saw his photo on the site, I fell in love with him. I love old handmade furniture. Everything is so beautiful and thoughtfully designed!
Moreover, I could go not alone, but together! Which, of course, I enjoyed!
When my friend and I arrived at the cottage village, we were warmly welcomed by the hostess. And in the room a pleasant surprise awaited us, which we certainly did not expect - chilled champagne and chocolates on the table! It was such a pleasant and touching sign of attention!
Perhaps someone will say that these are trifles, but such pleasant trifles and surprises form the impression about hotel owners and their attitude towards customers . .
The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, hot water, refrigerator, washing machine, as well as various kitchen utensils and satellite TV. And on the territory (which, by the way, is guarded! ) There is a swimming pool with a gorgeous view of the sea and mountains, and there is a cinema right by the pool.
The rooms themselves are located on the first line by the sea. If you like a comfortable and quality vacation, then you need to go here!
I will not list all the entertainment in Koktebel, but be sure to sit in a teahouse on the embankment, try lagman, lamb shish kebab and oriental sweets. If you are interested in excursions, then be sure to visit the Marble Caves, go on an excursion to the mountains to Kara-Dag, Karaul Abu, to the New World to the Golitsyn trail, Lisya Bay, Sunny Valley, Mount Chameleon - can I list for a long time? There are many things to see in this region of Crimea! .
And the prices pleasantly surprised me - they are normal, sane. Of course, there are always downsides. Cons, yes, there may have been some. But they are so insignificant that we simply did not pay attention to them. I just really love Koktebel!
Yes, it was a little scary to go to Crimea because of the situation in the country. But in fact, it turned out that everything is fine, that the Crimeans are still cordial and hospitable and happy to communicate with you.

There were few tourists. But we calmly rested on the sea, and there was no flea market on the beach. So it's hard to say whether it's negative or not. More plus. The downside is that there is no internet in the room. I got used to the fact that we have the Internet on every corner in any cafe and for free. One more thing: in the evening there are a lot of mosquitoes on the sea, and it turned out that lavender oil saves from them: just rub 5 drops - and you are saved.
Therefore, my recommendation - if you hesitate to go or not, then - go! Koktebel is the place where to relax at least once - it is simply necessary for everyone! Well, comfortable rooms in the cottage village will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable!
Come to Koktebel!
With love and gratitude,
Alena Koshevaya-Makarova
