I was very impressed by the silence on the territory - about the construction site, near the base - it is almost over, another house is being completed. The concrete mixer did not interfere, it is much lower in level, cars rarely go there - no noise or dust, as they say. I don’t consider the fact that it’s far from the sea and discos a disadvantage, again, it’s quiet and not crowded, a bus goes to the beach from the base - and if you can always go down, take a minibus. Wooden houses are old - but in the shade and not hot, it's better than swallowing dust from the air conditioner in a super duper room. A hot shower in the evening every day on the territory, in the house there is a washbasin and a toilet - if you come not for entertainment, but for the beach and sea air - the level of comfort is quite acceptable. In terms of price / quality ratio - a solid five points. I was satisfied, now I don’t even think about rest in the private sector.
