We read all the reviews about the base that we dug up on the Internet, so the premonitions were the most negative. But we decided that we would go anyway.
We were traveling 70-75 people (3 buses). The check-in went very quickly - in an hour everyone was already placed in the houses. The houses are really old, but they are clean. The bed linen was practically new, not washed. We thought that we were expecting beds with shell nets, but the beds were quite worthy - mattresses. On the bed, each had 2 towels (waffle and similar to terry). Waffle towels were generally never used by anyone. All this looped in the photographs immediately, when checking into the house for the sake of interest. The toilet had a roll of toilet paper and a tiny bar of soap. But we didn’t even count on it, so we were pleasantly surprised. Yes, the tile in the toilet had fallen off in places, but the sink and toilet were sparkling white. The toilet also included a trash can with garbage bags and an aluminum basin.
Yes, the bed linen was not changed even once in a week, but we did not need it. I don't change it every week at home either.
Next is the dining room. Nothing in it stinks, as someone wrote. The food is pretty decent. If my child can't eat dairy and my husband doesn't eat fish, there's always been a choice, and a pretty good one at that. It suited us very well. Power on a confident "4". I put a “minus” for the one and only case when they forgot to set our table and had to wait 15 minutes, and also for the fact that the second courses were sometimes cold, but still everything was edible and tasty. They didn’t serve tea of the best varieties, but since I drink only coffee, my husband only green tea, we always carry a small teapot with us and it didn’t bother us, and my son was quite satisfied with the tea served in the dining room.
The beach is really far on foot, but by bus it takes 7-10 minutes. The bus is big and new. At the beginning of our arrival, there were a lot of people on the bus, but then it went almost empty. There were cases when 4 people were carrying from the beach. Moreover, the bus is FREE both BEFORE lunch and AFTER it. Going on an excursion on our own, we planned to return to the base along with the last flight. So everything was very convenient.
Shower. I also took a photo of the shower. Very clean, no mold or smells. Hot water from 18.00 to 20.30. The rest of the time it is summer water (NOT ICE). You don’t take a boiler with you into the sea to heat it up to the state of “hot”? Therefore, we bathed at any time convenient for us. There was NEVER a queue for a shower.
About the rudeness of the staff. This is nonsense, because the staff at the base is almost invisible, but the trash cans are constantly removed and bags are changed in them, the territory is licked, even coniferous needles are swept from the asphalt. My son and I tried to collect cones - almost impossible, because. those who fall immediately disappear.
The grounds are simply gorgeous. It is very easy to breathe, cypress trees grew in front of the house, which constantly gave a coniferous aroma.
And further. The territory of the base, obviously, attracted someone. Nearby are built residential buildings in which apartments are sold. Then such negative reviews about "Coral" become clear. People don't trust them. A lot of people were traveling with us on the bus, who have been resting here for many years. I was specifically interested in the opinion of others about the rest. Everyone was happy and expressed their wish that if the base manages to hold out for more, then next year they will come here again.
P. S. The son was pleased with the fact that at the base you can take balls, badminton, tennis rackets absolutely free of charge. You could watch TV.

I don’t consider the fact that it’s far from the sea and discos a disadvantage, again, it’s quiet and not crowded, a bus goes to the beach from the base - and if you can always go down, take a minibus. Wooden houses are old - but in the shade and not hot, it's better than swallowing dust from the air conditioner in a super duper room. A hot shower in the evening every day on the territory, in the house there is a washbasin and a toilet - if you come not for entertainment, but for the beach and sea air - the level of comfort is quite acceptable. In terms of price / quality ratio - a solid five points. I was satisfied, now I don’t even think about rest in the private sector.

The opinion changed dramatically three years ago on our last visit, and there were a lot of reasons for that: 1. As always, a week before leaving home, they called the base to settle the price - on the spot it increased by about 30 percent. 2. Feeding is normal, but so poor that I (with my weight of 44 kg) was chronically hungry. 3. The administration headed by the director knew us by sight (7 years after all!!! ), but they turn up their noses, the answer to any question must be begged. 4. As for the cleanliness of the rooms, it was always bad there - you settled in and for half a day you clean up after those who lived before you. 5. They ripped off money for the car, although they have their own parking lot and it has always been free. So we loved "Coral" before, and now nostalgia sometimes happens. But now we go to Egypt and we understand that there is a different attitude towards a tourist, as to the dearest guest, and it is inexpensive compared to Coral.
