Peter was able to take us to the room only when the maid came to look at the reception. There is no security at the hotel. The rooms leave much to be desired in terms of equipment - clean, but no dishes, fumigator, PRINTED PRODUCTS ABOUT HOTEL SERVICES. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and it took us a long time to find out why there was so little choice. It turned out that the cost is only 30 UAH, this is with the cost of the room 1500 UAH. There is no air conditioning in the restaurant, the waiters behave as if we were visiting them at home, we were constantly late in the morning, the chef herself brought us breakfast, coffee and tea in the restaurant is the cheapest in quality. Actually, everything became clear to us when we found out that the owner of the hotel lives abroad, and the director manages the hotel, he is also a tenant who squeezes money into his pocket and is not very burdened with customer care. In the bar of the restaurant there were always no juices, vodka, min. water. Our holiday was ruined. We do not recommend spending money on a trip to this hotel. The only plus is not even the institution, but the staff - they prepared delicious food for us on the road, carefully packing and putting everything you need (napkins, salt). Thanks chefs!
