I will say right away that the feedback is positive. Perhaps I’ll get together in Feodosia, I’ll go to this hotel (of course, if they let me after this review). But there are a lot of cons. I will describe in detail.
Pros:
- proximity to the sea and the center
- private beach
- cozy bright rooms
- on the ground floor there is a bar-dining room
- give out a baby cot (and free of charge) and a high chair for feeding
- there is Wi-fi
- there is a transfer from Simferopol (a decent car with air conditioning)
- give out beach towels (albeit very old and yellowed, but still - do not take up space in the suitcase)
- spacious balconies overlooking the sea
- friendly receptionists and bartender-waiter
- before leaving, I read reviews about mosquitoes flying through the ventilation in the bathroom, and a strong sewer smell. For 14 days of rest, I did not find either one or the other.
- in the room: hair dryer, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, safe, towel, fold-out clothes dryer
- on the beach there is a rental of jet skis, a banana, a tablet.
Minuses:
- bad chefs, as well as a meager menu (we ate not for 500 rubles a day, but according to the menu), there was nothing to choose, although the prices were not small
- It's time for the maids to retire. There was glass on the table, and various rubbish under it: crumbs, midges, etc. They gave a crib, we took off the mattress, and there....dirt, rubbish and a used Q-tip… this gave the baby 5 months… which means they didn’t wash their clothes at all after vacationing. There was no toilet paper in the room. Curtains with holes, apparently there is nothing to sew up. There are a huge number of midges in the lampshade. We lived in one room for a week, then moved to another - there was never a cleaning of the room !! ! There was also no replacement of bed linen and towels.
- there is only one poor girl in the whole bar. She is a bartender, a waiter, and a cleaning lady… she is very smart, but of course she can’t do it alone, she had to wait a long time.
- There was no hot water for 2 days, at first we were silent, and the staff was silent... until they asked themselves... although the prices for accommodation are not small and for this price they themselves had to begin to explain what the problem was and apologize for the inconvenience
- sun loungers were moved away from the water in the evening, but never washed. In the morning you go out, and they are all in the sand...
- the beach is not cleaned at all (cigarette butts, algae, etc. are everywhere in the sand)
- there are no tables for sun loungers on the beach
- there is no canopy on the balconies of the third floor. Not even umbrellas.
- there is no cooler on any floor. For those who like to drink 3 cups of coffee in bed in the morning, this is a huge problem. Boiling water can only be taken at the bar on the ground floor, you don’t run too much in the morning either. We bought a kettle, two neighbors were running around looking for where to buy kettles.
- there was no latch on the balcony door. If you went out to the balcony to sit, the door remained ajar and midges and mosquitoes flew into the room.
- administrators do not make comments to noisy vacationers. For us it was important, because. rested with a baby, and the daughter woke up at night from screams in the corridor.

- it's time to improve the appearance of the hotel. The balconies are in poor condition. Balcony railings are rusty, the plaster is falling off. A trifle, but not pleasant.
- in a double room on the balcony there is only one chair.
- one of the TVs did not work in the double room
- administrators (except Sergey) do not monitor who occupies sun loungers (sometimes passers-by came and calmly settled there)
- The hotel has a sauna. It is visited by locals almost every day. They have a separate exit to the sea, so in the evening and at night they fly out of this exit screaming into the sea... and this is all under the windows. And then there are elderly ladies (apparently regular clients) who run out and bathe naked!! ! Not a very pleasant sight.
