We stayed at the guest house at the beginning of June. There were four of us + a small child, we booked in advance a two-room suite on the first floor with access to the pool (No. 1-5). At first glance, the room seems to be clean, the furniture, however, can be seen to be old. Immediately, when we went there, we felt the smell of dampness, it was cold in the room, we slept under the covers, even the bedding was damp from dampness. The sun does not hit this room at all. The next day, we went to the administrator Valentina with a request to change the number, she called the director and said that she would solve the problem within a day. After a walk, they came, found that someone was in the room, the windows were open, to which the administrator said that she had the right to enter the room at any time. In no normal hotel that I happened to visit, the administrators did not check the stated problem in the absence of residents. They spoke to us rudely. Administrators, and in general, all the staff feel there no lower than the directors. I'm not talking about their appearance: skirt-belt or neckline to the navel. After long negotiations, we were nevertheless moved to two double rooms. The rooms, I must say, are more comfortable, no smell. But in one of the rooms we were settled instead of the prescribed 2 pm at 6 pm without explanation or apology. Towels and bedding are changed every 5-7 days, and then, if you ask. TVs really don't work. Phones don't work. The water pressure in the rooms is often poor. The promised sports hall in the boarding house did not work. Ordered several times food in their cafe, due to the fact that small children were asked to bring food to the room. They cook deliciously, the portions are large, but only on the fifth time we found out that we pay 10% of the order value for delivery to the room. They clean the rooms badly, wipe the visible part of the floor for the view and that's it. The beach is small, clean, but rented from a children's sanatorium, so every day heaps of children's groups come there. It's very tiring, I must say. Children, there are children, they walk almost over their heads.
The day before our departure, it turned out that the administrators (there are two of them, by the way, there is also a woman with a square, from which rushing rudeness) incorrectly recorded the dates of our departure, and it turned out that we needed to pay extra and move to another room. For this, of course, we also did not receive any apologies - the administrators blamed us for everything. In general, in this boarding house there is no idea "The customer is always right. " When moving, we were also asked to take with us the linen on which we slept, and towels, and they refused to issue new ones, although the room was paid in full. I have never seen such a "service". In this room, there was a terrible smell from the toilet, to which the cleaning lady who came said that maybe "someone died under the bathroom. " The pool in the boarding house is small, just right for children, but only two adults will be comfortable. The boarding house has no territory. It’s a long walk to the park: 20 minutes to the dolphinarium, 30 minutes to the embankment, where all the fun happens. It’s tiring with a child, there are also problems with lighting on the streets. In general, it is a pity the time spent on the requirement of those amenities for which we paid, and not cheap for this level. We don't go there again and don't recommend it to anyone : )
P. s. do not go to the nearby dining room "Helios", where you can get to the toilet only for 2 grams, flies fly everywhere and hair comes across in food.
