Immediately, when we went there, we felt the smell of dampness, it was cold in the room, we slept under the covers, even the bedding was damp from dampness. The sun does not hit this room at all. The next day, we went to the administrator Valentina with a request to change the number, she called the director and said that she would solve the problem within a day. After a walk, they came, found that someone was in the room, the windows were open, to which the administrator said that she had the right to enter the room at any time. In no normal hotel that I happened to visit, the administrators did not check the stated problem in the absence of residents. They spoke to us rudely. Administrators, and in general, all the staff feel there no lower than the directors. I'm not talking about their appearance: skirt-belt or neckline to the navel. After long negotiations, we were nevertheless moved to two double rooms. The rooms, I must say, are more comfortable, no smell. But in one of the rooms we were settled instead of the prescribed 2 pm at 6 pm without explanation or apology. Towels and bedding are changed every 5-7 days, and then, if you ask. TVs really don't work. Phones don't work. The water pressure in the rooms is often poor. The promised sports hall in the boarding house did not work. Ordered several times food in their cafe, due to the fact that small children were asked to bring food to the room. They cook deliciously, the portions are large, but only on the fifth time we found out that we pay 10% of the order value for delivery to the room. They clean the rooms badly, wipe the visible part of the floor for the view and that's it. The beach is small, clean, but rented from a children's sanatorium, so every day heaps of children's groups come there. It's very tiring, I must say. Children, there are children, they walk almost over their heads.
The day before our departure, it turned out that the administrators (there are two of them, by the way, there is also a woman with a square, from which rushing rudeness) incorrectly recorded the dates of our departure, and it turned out that we needed to pay extra and move to another room. For this, of course, we also did not receive any apologies - the administrators blamed us for everything. In general, in this boarding house there is no idea "The customer is always right. " When moving, we were also asked to take with us the linen on which we slept, and towels, and they refused to issue new ones, although the room was paid in full. I have never seen such a "service". In this room, there was a terrible smell from the toilet, to which the cleaning lady who came said that maybe "someone died under the bathroom. " The pool in the boarding house is small, just right for children, but only two adults will be comfortable. The boarding house has no territory. It’s a long walk to the park: 20 minutes to the dolphinarium, 30 minutes to the embankment, where all the fun happens. It’s tiring with a child, there are also problems with lighting on the streets. In general, it is a pity the time spent on the requirement of those amenities for which we paid, and not cheap for this level. We don't go there again and don't recommend it to anyone : )
P. s. do not go to the nearby dining room "Helios", where you can get to the toilet only for 2 grams, flies fly everywhere and hair comes across in food.

after a dozen unsuccessful attempts to contact the boarding house on the phones indicated on their website and tired of waiting for an answer for an email request, we booked a tour through an agency.
On the site of the boarding house they read that "children are accepted from any age", naturally they clarified the conditions, we were assured that children under 3 years old without providing additional. places are placed free of charge (our son is 2.5 years old), billed without additional fees. places, a day later the tour operator called back, apologized and said that children are accommodated for free only up to 2 years, the cost is additional. places - 50 UAH. (the same cost was indicated on the site of the boarding house and on the site of other tour operators! ), We agreed, made an advance payment, and the next day - again a call, we are informed that the owner of the boarding house decided to revise the cost of accommodation for an additional fee. place and now it is 100 UAH, and insists on an additional payment!! ! At this point, I was indignant and demanded either to issue a refund of the prepayment, or to leave everything on the same terms. Agree, the question is not the difference of 50 UAH, but the insane thirst for enrichment of these people!!!
We left the price the same and on the appointed day we arrived at the boarding house, promising "a comfortable stay in Evpatoria. "
We were met by a very friendly administrator girl (unfortunately I don’t remember her name), she settled very quickly, told us where she was, the room (we rested in a 2-room apartment on the 1st floor) turned out to be exactly the same as in the photo - here full compliance: clean, bed linen is very decent, plumbing is new, there is no smell in the toilet, the courtyard, although very small, is clean, in the center of the courtyard there is a swimming pool....uffffffffff, I think I was worried in vain!
But then I ask where you can park the car....and away we go! I quote the information from the site "at your service there is a guarded parking lot on the territory of the boarding house"..... interestingly, the only place in the yard of the boarding house occupied by the owner's car gives reason to make such statements ? Ordinary guests of the boarding house are offered a place outside the gates of the boarding house, on the sidewalk, and this is provided that there are no more than three guests with cars, a larger number of cars simply will not fit on this patch! There were cases when, leaving for the beach, we had nowhere to return, we had to leave the car on the side of the road : (
Next is the beach! we read on the website "The boarding house" PARUS "is located in an ecologically clean resort area of the southwestern part of the city of Evpatoria, 150 meters from the sea... ", well, if from "Sail" to the sea 100 meters, then the meter should not be 100, but at least 500-600cm! The use of the beach is included in the price of services, the administrator issues a pass to the beach of a friendly boarding house, the beach is clean, but it is oppressed by half-broken wooden sunbeds lined up in one row, which cannot be moved to another place (obviously due to their advanced age), plastic sunbeds in the range for extra. the fee, the entrance to the sea is terrible, stones and sharp cobblestones, but this is a drawback of many Evpatoria beaches, so we went to swim in a storm or a little further, towards a peaceful one, there are excellent sandy beaches and a clear sea.
We read the info from the site further "Opposite the boarding house there is a huge park, where even in the heat you can walk with children"... Where is this ?? ? Opposite is a children's health camp, and next to it is some kind of landing, which also hardly claims the title of a huge park. . .
We read further: "You can get away from the bustle of the city, the noise of markets and discos. " Indeed, the boarding house is quite quiet and peaceful, the nightlife is not seething, because mostly people with small children rest there, but! Don't forget about the sauna on site! sometimes she surrenders to non-guests of the boarding house at all, and then the twilight is resounded with wild cries of bodies flopping into the pool heated from the outside by the sauna and from the inside by strong drinks, we observed a similar picture twice in two weeks : (

Moreover, they will answer that they cannot fulfill your order, because the kitchen has not yet begun to work and will offer you dumplings as the highest reward for your patience!
But the signature feature is dinner! Once, for dinner, we ordered meat in French, the bill was brought to us, we paid, surprised by the amount, and then paid attention to the weight of the meat! Two servings weighed 2kg400g!!!!! ! Tell me how it is possible to fit 1kg200g of meat on one standard plate, and my husband also has a side dish????????????!!!!!!!!! ! Yes, I was almost torn to shreds (and not at all from the amount of food) !! ! We didn’t swear, because we ordered another bottle of wine for dinner and didn’t want to be accused of a drunken brawl!
