Vacationing with wife and baby. double room. what we liked: 1. clean - they cleaned the posted card every day with a change of towels, one day they didn’t wash the dishes in a hurry - the maids kindly corrected this omission without any requests. 2. comfortable - the room is new, plumbing, furniture, TV, air conditioners, dishes - in good condition. 3. reception - polite, but not sympathetic - maximum - they will advise, the solution to the problem is up to you. did not like: 1. definitely - the kitchen! in this hotel, the presence of such a concept in the form in which it is, simply enters into a stupor! for example ordering breakfast in the room. this process has never been repeated in the same way! breakfast was different every day. if not for a sense of humor - every morning would begin with a scandal. breakfast delivery took at least 40 minutes! during this time, they forgot about the order 2 times, each reminder was accompanied by painful clarifications of who took the order and attempts to immediately deal with the forgetful out loud, while each time there was a reminder of paid delivery. the assortment of breakfast included in the price is pleasant, it has never been repeated in 10 days, it’s better not to mention the quality, nothing healthy was found, but the heartburn was constant. breakfast was taken on principle, but their stocks were constantly. but, on the other hand, those dishes that were ordered during the day and in the cafe itself were tasty, satisfying, adult portions. 2. disunity. each service on its own. questions about parking - only to the guards, the administrator has nothing to do with it, questions about treatment, massage, etc. - directly to the performers, questions about the kitchen - there too. 3. beach. a sad sight. an ordinary city beach, to which a pass from the hotel.
