We rested in the summer of 2016. We chose this hotel.
1. We waited a long time for someone to come to the front desk. 2. We decided to rent a suite. Gave 8000 rubles. for 2 nights, well, for parking 400 rubles. It is paid and is not included in the price.
3. The deluxe room is terrible. The bed was covered with a "worn" bedspread. The pillows were wooden, the blanket was without a duvet cover and we did not find it in the room. Dinosaur TV. no wifi. The furniture from the balcony was all in the room (it is not clear for what purpose).
4. Bathroom. There was a set of shampoo / gel / soap, no hair dryer. The shower head was broken, water poured constantly in all directions. The bathroom curtain was dirty (as we were told this was due to bad water, and not from the fact that it had never been changed).
5. Pool. I liked it. They cleaned it every morning, it's nice to swim.

6. Cafe. Breakfast is included in the price and was very good. The waiters promptly changed everything, communicated friendly with everyone (these are the only people who left a good impression). We went to the embankment for lunch and dinner, because the menu is very meager. Of the first courses, there was only one thing, and so it was with the second. We ordered a shish kebab once - I didn’t like it, hard, huge chunks of fat. Buee.
The location of the hotel is very good, everything is close. The area itself is beautiful. But no service. We rested in different places and for less money, but there were much more pleasant impressions.
Lower your prices guys. And change management. With such an approach as now, no one will say anything positive.
