In fact, if you order a specific boathouse seeing his photo, in any case, the risk is less than agreeing with the company about the choice upon arrival, especially in July and August, then you will pay more for a completely different quality of housing. I have never come across normal “swindlers”, with an impudent smile they will take you to the barns, while the fewer children you have and the more tortured the view from the road, the worse the offers will be, and at the end of the catchphrase, there are good housing, but of course much more expensive ... Last year we went on an excursion to Feo (by our own car, but decided to spend the night), we paid so much for that one day that we could have a rest on the South Coast for 5 days. It's noisy there (the music of the cafe and the embankment with a playground until late at night) and the entrance is at the back of the building, the prices for lower quality housing were significantly higher. It is difficult to learn how to walk in boathouses because the entire cooperative is located on the shore, it can not be convenient only if the elderly and children with strollers when the floor is above the 3rd, this is already individual. Therefore, first of all, you need to be guided by the quality of housing, by the way, there are also very good offers in the 3rd and 4th lines and I would rather have a rest there than in the 5th block, the difference in walking to the sea is 2-3 minutes, even with a stroller it doesn’t really matter plays, and the sea view on the higher floors was also much more visible than the 5th block, we definitely won’t rest in it anymore, but we’ll be back to the cooperative :)

The apartment turned out to be even better than we imagined it, everything is brand new, well equipped. The weather upset a little and sometimes the sea stormed, but when the calm water was just class, it was warm on the street, it’s good ... the children didn’t want to leave, so we’re thinking to see Crimea again, maybe Gurzuf or Novyi Svet.

Ask for at least a receipt or an agreement on payment for the gazebo, so that later you can show the cops if the gazebo is occupied, let the owners take the rap.
