We arrived at 13:30 and immediately, "on the threshold", so to speak, the administrator (an unpleasant person), rather rudely said that we had to warn what time we would arrive and the room was not ready, since check-in was from 3 o'clock in the afternoon. This incident immediately overshadowed our stay, the mood was spoiled, we waited about an hour for the room to be cleaned. The receptionist should have found out what time we were going to arrive, but apparently it's not her job, her job is to quickly take payment, and then she is already absolutely indifferent to customers and it doesn't matter if you come here again.
The room was cleaned badly, the administrator referred to the fact that it seems to be their own fault that they arrived early. I believe that at the height of the season they could have sent two maids to clean the room, they probably could have done it faster. Diluted liquid soap in the bathroom and dishwashing detergent (all bought themselves). Soap leftovers from previous customers in the bathroom. It is unpleasant that all the taps are visible in the water stone and the bath itself is dirty, the grout is moldy in places. The mattresses are stained, the walls are also stained in places. In the table between the glass and metal, crumbs, probably accumulated over the years... awful. The rooms are not cleaned, only for a fee, but since they are cleaned it is better not to spend money. I asked for a vacuum cleaner, they were shocked, it’s just a crime to clean up with such a dirty vacuum cleaner. There is a layer of black adhering dirt on the brush, I can’t imagine how many years it has accumulated there.
There is no promised wi-fi, more precisely, there is but the speed is lower than slow.

If we could get a refund, we would leave without hesitation.
