We arrived at 13:30 and immediately, "on the threshold", so to speak, the administrator (an unpleasant person), rather rudely said that we had to warn what time we would arrive and the room was not ready, since check-in was from 3 o'clock in the afternoon. This incident immediately overshadowed our stay, the mood was spoiled, we waited about an hour for the room to be cleaned. The receptionist should have found out what time we were going to arrive, but apparently it's not her job, her job is to quickly take payment, and then she is already absolutely indifferent to customers and it doesn't matter if you come here again.
The room was cleaned badly, the administrator referred to the fact that it seems to be their own fault that they arrived early. I believe that at the height of the season they could have sent two maids to clean the room, they probably could have done it faster. Diluted liquid soap in the bathroom and dishwashing detergent (all bought themselves). Soap leftovers from previous customers in the bathroom. It is unpleasant that all the taps are visible in the water stone and the bath itself is dirty, the grout is moldy in places. The mattresses are stained, the walls are also stained in places. In the table between the glass and metal, crumbs, probably accumulated over the years... awful. The rooms are not cleaned, only for a fee, but since they are cleaned it is better not to spend money. I asked for a vacuum cleaner, they were shocked, it’s just a crime to clean up with such a dirty vacuum cleaner. There is a layer of black adhering dirt on the brush, I can’t imagine how many years it has accumulated there.
There is no promised wi-fi, more precisely, there is but the speed is lower than slow.
If we could get a refund, we would leave without hesitation.

The hotel was chosen online. Check in was great in 5 minutes. I liked the balcony where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were lucky as they gave us a larger room than we had booked at no extra charge. We were specifically looking for a hotel to cook on our own. When I checked out, I forgot my extra-comfort shoes in the room.

Thank you very much for a great vacation!

I found a hotel on the Internet (I pecked at beautiful photos), the whole family arrived without booking in advance (in fact), the reception was closed and I had to settle through a fat uncle who introduced himself as Volodya the director of this ill-fated hotel (I understand that by the cash register). I will not hide I liked the two-room suite on the 7th floor at first, but alas, it just turned out to be superficial and then it started! The microwave worked every other time like the air conditioner (you won’t call anyone to fix it.

We flew to rest in Alushta on vacation, with the whole family I, my husband and two children. The hotel was chosen from a photo on the Internet and we do not regret it at all. New building, excellent location, comfortable and clean rooms with good repair. The check-in went quickly: paid, showed the room, handed over the keys and you're done! They did not take anything extra from us, what price was indicated on the reservation sheet, and this was paid.

New building, excellent location, comfortable and clean rooms with good repair. The check-in went quickly: paid, showed the room, handed over the keys and you're done! They did not take anything extra from us, what price was indicated on the reservation sheet, and this was paid. We lived on the 7th floor, in a 2-room suite with a large balcony, the sea view was partially blocked by the Raddison Hotel, but this did not stop us from admiring the cypresses, pine trees and passing boats. The furniture in the room is good, a huge TV (only there are not enough channels ; ) ), all kitchen utensils (dishes, pots, etc. ), a large refrigerator, a microwave and a washing machine. There is also Wi-Fi in the room, which made my children very happy!! ! In a word, the room is such that it is pleasant to be in it. The hotel has a restaurant - Old Alushta, which opened not long after the renovation. But we have chosen the Dining Room at home! ! I highly recommend to everyone!
The excellent location of the hotel - everything is within walking distance: the beach in the Workers' Village, and the Central Embankment, and the Alushta Aquarium, and the Dolphinarium! There are a lot of cafes and canteens where you can have a tasty snack or a full dinner.
Now about the sea ; ) If you want - 5 minutes walk towards the working village and choose any beach you like, in the other direction 5 minutes walk - Central embankment. Previously, each hotel had its own beach, now there is none. Any vacationer can settle down where he likes. You don’t have to pay for the entrance, but if you want to sunbathe in comfort (on a sunbed), prepare some money. The entire embankment is clean, the guys and I swam every day on different beaches and it was clean everywhere.
From the vacation we got a lot of pleasure and were charged with positive! I liked it very much, beautiful city, kind and attentive people, helpful and friendly staff! We will definitely come here again!

We had a family vacation in August 2013. Despite the fact that we warned what time we would arrive, apparently they were not waiting for us. The reception was closed (as it turned out later, no one is always there). After calls from us and the "servicing staff" was finally taken to the room. The photos correspond to reality, the hotel (if you can call it that) is new, beautiful, the rooms are stylish and beautiful (which will not last long given such "staff").

This is where the merits end. I met the room with a toilet bowl dirty from other people's feces, there was someone else's hair in the shower room, which the child immediately grabbed in his hands and ran around the room, chips were lying under the table, they never clean the balcony along the way, the handle from the front door to the bathroom was generally broken off. Despite the fact that we immediately pointed it out, no one fixed it during the entire rest. We had to wait until the room was cleaned, for which they looked at us with displeasure. When asked if there would be periodic cleaning, they answered that there was a rag and a mop in the room. . . (self-service). The fact that we need a baby cot was reported at the time of booking and on the day of arrival, but upon check-in, the "staff", despite my fatigue, with amazing simplicity, offered me to drag the crib from the basement. I asked for a pass to the beach, to which I was told: "you will go tomorrow. " The beach is 300 meters away, and belongs to another hotel, overflowing with paid sunbeds of 40 gr. The promised view of the sea or the city (if you can call it that) is visible only from the top floors. The LCD crystal TV turned out to be an LCD crystal radio (the channels showed so badly that my eyes hurt and I only had to listen to it. And the Wi-Fi that is in every room is so slow that it can be said that it was not there (were stingy with normal Internet, like and everything else). Even liquid soap is bred and toilet paper is allocated for a couple of days - then I had to waste time and travel around the city looking for such a trifle, they don’t sell the same on the embankment. When 5 days had passed and I had to change linen and towels, I informed the admin about this (or who she was there), after which she carefully entered it in her notebook (or pretended to have entered) even specifying what time was more convenient (which caused my astonishment)). And so we wait in the morning for clean towels (they don’t change them on their own) at the agreed time, but they are not carried by everyone. We are already zadolbalsya with her to communicate decided to call later (at the reception, as always, silence). We call in the evening - she says that they will bring it now, again we are waiting for two hours. They are not there, we call again - with amazing simplicity she reports that it turns out she does not have towels and when they will be unknown !! ! Naturally, we did not leave all the time and moved out earlier. Now she calls our tour operator and extorts money for a penalty (they say her numbers are idle) calling us harmful. MOVIE COMEDY!!! ! That's why it's better to relax abroad - we still have arrogance and rudeness on every corner!

Let the name of the title not be misleading - the hotel is not good, it's just great) We had a family vacation: I, my wife and two children, lived on the 2nd floor, 2-room suite. We settled quickly: we arrived, went up to see the room, and immediately stayed in it. The room is spacious, it's not even a room, but rather an apartment. I don’t like the word “European-style renovation” - but the repair there is really high-quality, comfortable furniture, everything is thought out to the smallest detail (special thanks for the Turk, I love coffee in the morning : )). All rooms have an individual split system, which pleased. Despite the 2nd floor, the view from the balcony (we had windows on the street) is pretty good - a lot of greenery, cypresses, pines. It's nice to sit in an armchair on the balcony, drink wine, listen to cicadas. But next time we will ask for a higher floor - then the stage of the Alushta concert hall will be visible, which is across the road))). In a word, the room is such that it is pleasant to be in it. Across the road there is a paid parking lot - 50 UAH / day (does not belong to the hotel, as I understand it). Of course, you can park for free on the side of the road, but it’s somehow calmer in the parking lot for me. When we drove up to the hotel, I thought that the entrance to it was inconvenient - the streets are narrow, people walk in crowds along the roadway, but when I saw the entrances to other hotels - to the Agora, for example, I realized that I was wrong). The hotel has a cafe - Dacha (more like a restaurant should be - Old Alushta, but it was under renovation). Quiet, cozy place, the staff is extremely friendly and friendly, the prices for the level of the institution are quite ice.
Now a drop of tar: this is the beach. The hotel issues a pass to the Slava beach (this is the third paid beach along the way), you can enter for free with a pass, but sunbeds are paid - 40 hryvnia per person per day. The beach itself is very narrow and short - the width from the sea to the wall that encloses the embankment fits 4 loungers plus passages between them, about a hundred meters long, on both sides the beach is limited by breakwaters. For "free" clients, a patch was allocated near the far breakwater - 10 meters maximum, and people there lie denser than a herring in a barrel... On the first day, they decided to save money and do without sunbeds - the feeling of a poor relative who was allowed to spend the night). OK, 40 hryvnia is not a lot of money, they began to take sunbeds, but we arrived at the sea, in the end, but the feeling of "herring in a barrel" has not gone away - the sunbeds are close to each other, you can’t spread your arms and legs especially, there are no catastrophic places enough, sometimes it happened that I went to bed at one end of the beach, my wife and children at the other, tk. There were no free sunbeds nearby. The pluses of the beach include only cleanliness - there was no garbage on the beach. The public beach is indecently far from the hotel and it is dirty there. It's not worth going there.
In general, I liked the hotel, after monitoring the prices, my wife and I came to the conclusion that this is the best value for money. Maybe someday I will even come back here again. And I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

start the story) we arrived at the penthouse on the 12th floor, an area of .150 square meters 1500 UAH per day (well, like manners for a good hotel with good service) It turned out to be a spacious apartment with a huge loggia and a fireplace, class!!! But! we went into the apartment, and there the sofas are white and all the coverings on the sofas are flooded and splashed with wine, all black, as if they were running on these white sofas or I don’t understand what else, okay, I think, I tell the guard to turn the pillows on the sofas, on the contrary, it doesn’t seem so dirty there, turned it over, it seems to be better.

But! we went into the apartment, and there the sofas are white and all the coverings on the sofas are flooded and splashed with wine, all black, as if they were running on these white sofas or I don’t understand what else, okay, I think, I tell the guard to turn the pillows on the sofas, on the contrary, it doesn’t seem so dirty there, turned it over, it seems to be better.
Then I go through the rooms and make an audit, a bunch of light bulbs are not lit, in the bathrooms the shower plumbing is loose, the plums are clogged, the faucet flows in a stream on the loggia, the marquise is gnawed to see by the previous turiks, who ran on white sofas and poured wine on each other.
The guard promises that tomorrow everything will be fixed and the light bulbs will be changed and the taps will be done and all that.
In the morning, a delegation of a cleaner (tousled) fills up + her boyfriend, a carpenter from a fumes and, like, everyone is not happy, I help them change the light bulbs, I listen to a lot of discontent that I am such a nasty naughty one, like the family lived here for 20 days and not a single claim, but here with light bulbs taps and dirty furniture (I remind you that all this pleasure cost 1500 UAH per day, not 200 UAH, but 200 bucks per day!! ! )
half of the light bulbs are changed with grief in half, one shower room is barely being repaired and a drain is breaking through) the rest is not being repaired, as they explained that the Turks built a house and that they were smart with the electrician, and that the carpenter is not able to figure it out, like a pro electrician and a plumber are needed.
Well, I'm like oki all in a bunch, thanks.
I go to the administrator, like I repeat this and that, the dirt in the apartment is this, and she answered me, they say they don’t like something, you can bring it down from here.
Well, I explained to her how administrators usually behave, she seemed to understand.
aaa!!
If someone arrives by car, then you will not find parking lots in the vicinity of the hotel, only for 50 UAH per day !!!
Okay, I went to the store, bought the missing light bulbs, changed it myself, otherwise I didn’t want to shave in the dark.
A couple of days later, a plumber came to change the faucet, which was leaking.
5 days have passed, like it's time to change underwear, clean up the apartment, wash the floors, this and that.
In response, we will change the linen, but cleaning for our account, washing the floors 150 UAH, cleaning the hut completely 350 UAH.
Kick))
well, they paid 150 UAH for washing the floors, and they cleaned the apartment themselves with the help of common forces))
Findings.
Apartments from owners who do not live there and are given to the management of non-professionals who rent these apartments and take care of them.
while the apartments are new, they are normal and comfortable, but there is no cleaning service or anything else.
the apartments are located on the second line, there is a SAS in front of the Radisson apartments, but it does not interfere, only the air conditioning unit is buzzing (so huge, in a three-story building)
here is a little story about our stay in the apartment.
The location is good, near the central embankment, electric trains that carry to the working corner for 10 UAH.
for beach lovers, the apartments do not have their own beach !!!
The passes that are issued are issued to the beach for 40 UAH per person, nearby beaches are all for 20 UAH, why is this, but God knows, see the administrator receives kickbacks from the owners of the beach.

We rested in the second half of July. The apartments are good and new. Good value for money. Met and settled without any problems. When booking, they stipulated two double beds, arrived - it turned out that one double and two single beds were shifted. An hour later, the beds were replaced with a double bed. The Internet also "appeared" after an urgent request. Satellite TV, which we were promised - no. Towels and linen are changed every five days. There is no private beach, as stated. The beach belongs to the sanatorium "Slava", it is packed with people, the entrance for those living in the apartments is free, sunbeds are paid (15 hryvnia each), most of the sunbeds are old and broken. There are still a lot of people due to the fact that everyone is allowed to go there. We found a nice beach 2-3 km. along the embankment (beach of the sanatorium Dubna), it is paid, but very clean, excellent view of Alushta and the sea, good equipment.
The restaurant "Old Alushta" is not working yet, we were launched, we made an order, and then we were asked to leave the restaurant... they said that they were not working yet and the food would be brought to our room!! ! From the room you can order food without any problems, they bring it pretty quickly, all the dishes are of good quality and tasty. There is one more moment, local bruises gather in the yard at night, there is an op and cackle until the morning, so that it will not work to sleep with the windows open. Opposite the apartments there is construction going on, in the morning and afternoon it is quite noisy, but if you close the windows it does not interfere, all rooms have air conditioners.
In general, our holiday was a success. If you decide, I advise you to go! Just keep all of these things in mind.
P. S. breakfasts can be ordered to the room or cooked by yourself, lunch - restaurant Aquarius, Beijing or Sound Club, dinner - restaurant Aquarius or Beijing. There is a Furshet supermarket not far away, you can buy groceries there and cook in the apartment. On the waterfront prices are much higher.
