Stayed at the hotel for one night in November 2016.
The standard room was booked 5 days before the visit by phone without prepayment.
Already at this stage, oddities began. I was offered a room for 1000 hryvnia. When checking in, it turned out that the same room could cost 850 hryvnia without visiting the SPA complex, but they didn’t inform me about this by phone, saying that the minimum price was 1000.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. It is quite convenient to call from the Kiev highway. Across the street from the hotel is a large gas station OKKO.
Parking for hotel guests is free. Moreover, the car can be left both in the courtyard of the hotel and from the exit to the city.
The settlement happened very quickly.

In my memory, this is the first hotel in which both a mechanical key and an electronic card are used at the same time. The key opens the door to the room, and the card is used to turn on the electricity. This is not very convenient.

The shower cabin is very comfortable, but for the whole time of my stay there was no hot water in it, as well as in the washbasin. It was well warm. But it wasn't hot! Even after the faucet was open for 15 minutes and the water flowed down.
For a hotel that positions itself as a SPA complex, this is very strange!
Breakfast is included in the room rate.
I arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes after the start of breakfast. By this time, all the remaining dishes were already cold, since there is no heating under the food containers.
Judging by the empty plates on the distribution tables, about 20 percent of the dishes were already over, and no one thought to renew them.
Almost on all the tables in the hall, there were dirty dishes left over from the guests who had already had breakfast. There were no waiters. Nobody removed it. There were only 3-4 clean tables left. A very sad sight.
The food is more or less okay. Average quality "Swedish line".

There is no coffee. Only tea bags. Moreover, for stirring sugar, it is proposed to use not teaspoons, which are not available at all, but wooden sticks! Another oddity for a hotel where a "standard" room costs 1.000 hryvnias.
About 10 minutes after the start of my breakfast, the waiter appeared, removed the dirty promise from 3-4 tables, left everything as it was on the rest, and calmly left.
Separately, it is worth mentioning the SPA zone. It has several types of baths (both dry and wet), a small pool, rooms for massage and SPA procedures, a bar with tables.
The pool water is clean and cool. The baths are also quite clean.
Here you can comfortably relax, but there are no special frills.
There was no hot water in the shower, just warm water.
In my opinion, according to the combination of "price-quality of accommodation-quality of service" the hotel deserves a very low rating. Need to either reduce the price or improve the quality of service
