I would like to share my impressions of visiting this hotel in Zhytomyr. We drove from Kyiv, we visited the spa more than once - we decided to combine the spa with the study of the city of Zhytomyr: the Museum of Cosmonautics, the canyon on the Teterev River.
In general, I liked it more or less - especially the SPA (a large selection of saunas, a swimming pool), but there were also disadvantages: the salt room is just made of salt - there are no salt sprays
I also didn’t like the fact that you can only go into saunas barefoot - especially those that do not get very hot (I visited just such: herbal, salt). Now, an incomprehensible sore has appeared on the leg.

I would also like to say that the cuisine is so-so (breakfasts are poor, there is no choice at all), the waiter service does not correspond to a 4 star hotel at all, Also the procedure of the day for an additional payment - the face mask did its job - the face was swollen, although they assured me, that no one has ever had a proven allergy cosmetics.
The rooms are more or less, although they don’t pull at 4 stars at all - the linen is not new, but it seems to be clean (I didn’t dare to look at the mattress and pillows), the button above the toilet was broken, the door with the lock dangled somehow, the room got noisy, because to. the windows above the road and the windows did not dampen the noise very much.
It is also necessary to report the opening hours of the SPA center in the coupon, because. they took a coupon for 2 days and 1 night, and as a result, they got to the spa only on the 1st day, and then they checked in from 2, got to the spa only after 3. The next day, you need to check out before 12, so they could not get into the spa.
I was very surprised that they did not let us go until they checked the room - this is the first time for me : ))))
In general, there is something to work on - although the hotel will be 11 years old this year and it has very good opportunities for quality service to live up to 4 stars.
Considering that it was an experiment for my husband and me - and even in Zhytomyr, I could give the service of this hotel 3+ just because there is a spa.
