We rested in the Priboi boarding house back in 2017 with my husband and a small child. Pretty decent base. Our room was clean and tidy, overlooking the park. The balcony, although overlooking the sea, but full of sadness - very dirty, hanging rope (then we realized that it is for drying clothes), there is a dilapidated chair, dirty air conditioners and in the corner - a big black spider.
The refrigerator smelled, the bathroom was rusty, there were no towels, soap, too, rags for the floor (at least the oldest, so you can wipe the water), I did not wait. We asked for towels in the morning and came to the room in the evening, so we did not see them.
I had to go down and ask again - in response, the type was forgotten (and then gave two large terry towels, they did not smell fresh) (()).
We did not manage to have a rest in this wonderful number, in this eternal dust. I had to go early in the morning and come in the evening.
By the way, the boarding house is far from the center and you have to stretch your legs before you come to normal cafes and a decent beach, well, 15 minutes.

And only after that we were taken to the room that we booked.....BUT he was busy for the whole weekend with some bigwig from Kherson. We did not make scandals with the administration (which still needs to be found), because it was a pity for the child who, after a long journey, needed rest (like us). We took the deposit and left to look for another place to live. And what is interesting: instead of 610 UAH, we found a room in a private hotel for 300 UAH. , which was much better than the Priboevsky suites.
