We took food for children to cook in a slow cooker, in order to avoid various risks (frozen meatballs, meat, vegetables, cereals).
Checked in normally, the room seems to be okay, average cleanliness, but there is no soap or shampoo. We read the rules and realized that you can not use anything in the room. We approached the administrator, to which we received an answer that yes, you can’t cook, even for children, only restaurant food, after that I said that this doesn’t suit us and that we will leave, that we don’t know how to cook and from what to feed these children we will not be small, after that we were told that they would cook for us everything that we say from our products for free, well, the offer is tempting, we agreed and then it began.

The first soup that was cooked for us was like a stew for dogs or pigs, potatoes and cereals and half a saucepan of water)), my eyes popped into my forehead... they added water, brought it to the room, cooled it, I give it to the child, he just spits it and does not eat, I tried it and realized that everything was spoiled by their water, terrible, the porridge they cooked, somehow shoved...
There is no kettle in the room either, which is extremely inconvenient, just running for warm water for a child to a restaurant, again, their water is terrible, even in bottles. And they carry their own water, it is to wait until they heat it, etc. , a lot of time. We bought our water for cooking porridge for children, because they refused to eat on other water.
It's time for breakfast, we come and that, breakfast is not a buffet, but portioned, tasteless, blue pasta, fried eggs, boiled and sausages, salad with cabbage, tea is simply impossible to drink. When asked where the buffet is, we were told that there are not enough people and it is not profitable for us... yyyy... that is, we are not people... although in the description - a buffet))) and so on for three days.
There was a buffet, there was a choice, but everything was bland and not very tasty, you can still eat pancakes and cottage cheese, you already wanted to spit sausages.

And then there was no light and water for almost a day, and it really knocked out... neither cook for the child, nor flush the toilet, nor take a shower... they explained this by saying that they had electricity from the railway and something happened to them and They talked all day that it was about to happen. They fed the children with bananas, cookies, the remains of various cereals... after the pool, they put them to bed in bleach. One of the staff blabbed and said that they were preparing their generator for the season)))), just super. . . but we were really refunded half the cost for the day, after our indignation, the desire was to leave immediately. Yes, the staff is friendly and all issues were resolved, it's true, but still there was a lot of negative and a lot of running around, and solving problems took a lot of energy and strength, which was very frustrating and did not allow you to relax and enjoy your vacation normally.

In general, we left with joy and there is no desire to rest in this hotel anymore and the sediment will be unpleasant for a long time. You can come for two days, so as not to see the shortcomings, just swell and without children, then everything is OK!
