We got to the villa by accident. First, they reserved another place, which turned out to be ten times worse than on the site (Ozerki hostel). We realized that we would not be able to stay there, we went to neighboring recreation centers - everything was not right. We found Villa Casablanca through Booking. com. First we went to see, we no longer trusted the sites. That rare case for Ukraine, when pictures and photos do not reflect all the beauty! Reality is better. And it happens so rarely. Usually the opposite.
Very friendly, helpful hostess. And the villa itself was much better than in the photo. The rooms are slightly more expensive than the average standard prices in Zatoka, but for this minimal difference you get several times more comfort. Each room is individual and spacious! Not ten squares where the air conditioner sticks out. The villa itself is bright, well-groomed, clean (!!! ) and quiet and comfortable. All in flowers, everything is thought out and every little thing is done with taste and love. At first they could not believe that there was such a thing in Zatoka.
Wi-fi is available on the terraces of the rooms and in the cafe in the center of the villa, the quality of the rooms themselves is not always good (we lived in two - at 17 and 18). In the 17th there was wi-fi in the room, and in the 18th only on the terrace.

The cafe in the villa is not bad, but not very stable - sometimes you had to wait a long time. The food is delicious, and you can order individually, if something is impossible or not desirable, then there is an opportunity not to add it or make it according to your taste. This opportunity is not available in all cafes in Zatoka. Friendly waitresses. Other cafes are also close - 5-10 minutes, and you are near the market and the mass of cafes, canteens and restaurants. It is possible to order food in the room or on the common terrace on the 3rd floor overlooking the sea. Tasty coffee!!: ))
Beach. The beach is about a hundred meters down a quiet street. On the beach there are sun loungers, umbrellas - 25-35 hryvnia for the whole day. There is a cafe. The seashore is gently sloping, the water was clean, there were algae and jellyfish for a couple of days, but then everything cleared up again. We liked the beach - quieter and freer than further to the center.
In general, we consider ourselves lucky that we got to this villa. Rested with children, 12 and 22 years old, they liked it too. This villa is for those who DO NOT need noise and loud music. . For little children there is expanse - calm, safe and they have a playground in an exclusive oriental style at their service : )
There is a railroad nearby, yes. But the trains were infrequent, and we were not disturbed at all. But from the center, where in every cafe their music was screaming to the fullest without ceasing all day, we tried to escape as quickly as possible : ))
I read the reviews, they are different. I would say this villa is for those who are desperate to find a quiet, calm and cozy place in Zatoka, beautiful and tastefully decorated. And at prices not three times higher than standard, but only a little.
