First time writing a review - it boiled! Rested with a child in August 2019.
1. Booking. Booked three weeks before arrival. Standard room for two. A baby cot is a must. The answer is ok, no problem. The day before arrival I called, reminded of the crib, yes, of course. We arrived a couple of hours earlier, they said to check in and take a walk. Reminds me of the bed. Check-in at 14. We take the keys... the admin says:
- How old is the child?
- 3 years
- oh, it's big, it won't fit
- and that the crib is not standard? They are 120cm, the child is 100cm
- well, what if she breaks it
No words! After the scandal, we were told they would bring it. They brought it at 15, because the maids are having lunch
2. Number. Pictures and reality are completely different. The furniture is broken, the bathroom is terrible. By the way, we are not picky residents. But when you shoot for 1300, you expect something else. After the scandal, we were changed to the same room, but with not broken furniture

3. Cleaning. On the 3rd day wet cleaning and change of towels. On the 5th day - general cleaning. the maids are certainly pleasant, on request they give and do everything. But, after 3 cleanings, the sink and shower cabin remained dirty, i. e. not just washed them badly, but not washed at all. Another conversation with the administrator.
4. Sea, beach. The best thing here is that the base is on the first line. The sand is clean, the sea is super. Sun loungers. They are, but not enough for everyone. And they're all moldy. Completely covered in black mold spots
5. Nutrition. The base has its own dining room. For a fee. The assortment is scarce, but this is not so important, the main thing is there. Flies, they fly over food, sit on it and no one thinks to drive them away. Although there are a lot of staff, 5 people near the counter, but they do not pay attention to the flies. They don’t argue about tastes, so I don’t write deliciously. There is a restaurant. Tasty, good, expensive. But, in Zatoka it’s not cheap at all. Wonderful, pleasant, polite, knowledgeable waitress Natalia. If people like Natalia were at the reception, then a lot of things at the base would change.
In general, if you do not get hung up on the hotel, the rude administrator and the conditions, as we did, but enjoy the sea, weather, beach....then the rest was a success. But we will not return to this hotel. Going there - be prepared for all of the above, but rather choose something else.
