We rested in Hellas from June 14 to June 24.2019, in the third building on the first floor. The room was booked for two + a child without a seat.
Pros:
1. Beautiful, green area
2. Own entrance to the room with a small balcony
3. Friendly, polite and qualified staff.
4. The third building is well located facing the garden. The room is kept at a comfortable temperature with minimal air conditioning.
5. In a room for two, there is an additional single bed (but without linen). Extras are in the closet. pillow and 2 blankets (there are no sheets or duvet covers on the beds).
6. First coastal. A large beautiful beach at the exit of the hotel, it is generally very comfortable to go to the sea.
7. Have your own cafe with a distribution line. There are delicious dishes, but you need to know which ones. Everyone warms in the microwave. But for children, you don’t need to rack your brains - the choice is large and everything is visible. The prices are adequate.

8. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV (but no hair dryer).
9. There is daily cleaning, everything is neat.
10. Large outdoor pool with lounge area and massagers (no paddling pool).
11. The cost of the safe is included in the price of the room
12. Wi-Fi throughout and pretty good. Also included in the price of the room.
13. Good polite security
14. Supply of hot / cold water around the clock and without interruption (only in the shower, in the wash basins only cold).
15. Beautiful tiles in the room, though a bit cold - take slippers for the room, especially for kids.
16. Iron and kettle can be taken to the room for free.
17. Mosquito nets on both windows.
Minuses:
1. When we checked in, there was a very active smell of dampness in the room. The children's bed smelled very moldy - they suffered for several days, complained, after changing it, the smell disappeared. They themselves moved the additional sofa and washed it several times, since the smell there was the strongest.
2. The furniture is old. The table is covered in screws, the adult bed is crushed, the coffee table is stained and streaked. To be honest, it doesn't affect functionality.
3. No night blind. During the day, you can more or less survive, and in the dark, in general, as naked - everything is visible in great detail. We asked the administrator to fix it, they immediately responded.
4. Towels stink of fish oil (such a strange powder they have). They agreed to change it right away, the new ones smelled less, but still smelled.
5. Not even soap in the room, let alone shampoo and gel.
6. Music from the street disturbs. Even with the doors and windows closed, it makes it difficult to fall asleep. Moreover, there are two very loud night cafes around the hotel - Veterok at the neighboring base (adjacent to the first building) and Gas station (opposite the third, across the road).
7. The refrigerator, although small, makes a lot of noise.
8. You can’t even remember about the reception desk 24/7.

9. There are no shelves in the closet, only a hanger and under shoes, there is also only one bedside table with one deep niche.
10. Sunbeds for your own at 30 hryvnia apiece.
11. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, except for the window - because of this, there is always water and nothing dries, plus the shower was leaking, the water had to be wiped all day. We used a foot towel, and by its condition, we were clearly not the first to use it like that.
12. During our vacation there was no playground on the territory, but they already installed it.
13. Multi-colored walls in the room. This is hardly a design, but rather a hasty repair. Even Venetian plaster.
14. After nine from the embankment, do not enter, you need to go around through several hotels to the main entrance.
15. The lock in the toilet does not work.
As a result, the room cost us $ 34 per day without food. The accommodation is comfortable, of course, if there are no complaints - a serious minus was only the smell of dampness. At the base, they are clearly trying for people, and they really liked it, any nuance was corrected immediately. Very good Black Sea beach. Therefore, I advise, but with the awareness of the minuses.

The scheme is simple: promises / reality
1. Air-conditioned bus from the hotel to the center / stuffy bus, transfer, bus with a fan and an open hatch.
2. Comfortable conditions / to the toilet? - out, in a cafe you can.
3. Good ship / crowded old man.
4. Free time in Odessa / - After the tour, moor at 9.10. 30 minutes walk to the bus. Departure at 9.45 ????
It was good that they put us at the beginning of the bus, as we asked. The tour guide was very interesting.
So it goes.

P. p. s. We went from the travel agency "Lazy". We flew and got there ourselves, and they booked a room for us and made Kupala's insurance. And we paid about 70 USD for their services. Insurance from Kupala on the territory of Zatoka is an empty phrase. We asked for a change of room due to the smell of mold - the issue was quickly resolved. Unfortunately, the budget buildings of the base (1 and 3) are fully redeemed by our travel agencies, they cannot be taken directly from the base. And the overpayment turns out to be completely unreasonable. It is a pity that it is impossible to take a budget building without intermediaries and overpayments.
