We jumped out into the territory where I continued to yell and call for security. Having run to the guards near the underground parking in their rooming house, he slept on the bed!! ! On the cameras, if the miracle of the guards did not sleep, you can see how the thieves walk, look, how they climb and how they run away !!!!

7. Have your own cafe with a distribution line. There are delicious dishes, but you need to know which ones. Everyone warms in the microwave. But for children, you don’t need to rack your brains - the choice is large and everything is visible. The prices are adequate.
8. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV (but no hair dryer).
9. There is daily cleaning, everything is neat.
10. Large outdoor pool with lounge area and massagers (no paddling pool).

4. Towels stink of fish oil (such a strange powder they have). They agreed to change it right away, the new ones smelled less, but still smelled.
5. Not even soap in the room, let alone shampoo and gel.
6. Music from the street disturbs. Even with the doors and windows closed, it makes it difficult to fall asleep. Moreover, there are two very loud night cafes around the hotel - Veterok at the neighboring base (adjacent to the first building) and Gas station (opposite the third, across the road).
7. The refrigerator, although small, makes a lot of noise.
8. You can’t even remember about the reception desk 24/7.
9. There are no shelves in the closet, only a hanger and under shoes, there is also only one bedside table with one deep niche.

13. Multi-colored walls in the room. This is hardly a design, but rather a hasty repair. Even Venetian plaster.
14. After nine from the embankment, do not enter, you need to go around through several hotels to the main entrance.
15. The lock in the toilet does not work.
As a result, the room cost us $ 34 per day without food. The accommodation is comfortable, of course, if there are no complaints - a serious minus was only the smell of dampness. At the base, they are clearly trying for people, and they really liked it, any nuance was corrected immediately. Very good Black Sea beach. Therefore, I advise, but with the awareness of the minuses.

4. Free time in Odessa / - After the tour, moor at 9.10. 30 minutes walk to the bus. Departure at 9.45 ????

Unfortunately, the budget buildings of the base (1 and 3) are fully redeemed by our travel agencies, they cannot be taken directly from the base. And the overpayment turns out to be completely unreasonable. It is a pity that it is impossible to take a budget building without intermediaries and overpayments.

As they wrote below, we arrived at 10.00 - check-in at 15.00. They settled us on the first floor in a 2-room apartment. corner room, one window is closed by a stall from the street, the second looks at the trash can. As a result, we did not use air conditioning, so it was not hot, because we did not see the sun. There was no chair or table on the terrace, just a clothes dryer. Plus, water was running from the air conditioner (only after the scandal it was stopped and everything was fixed). The room smelled terribly of damp because of the north side (plus the stall) and the first floor. Even in the hallway, this pungent smell was already felt. And we have three children (12.4 and 2 years old). They couldn’t even ventilate, during the day because the first floor (we were often not at home), and at night because of loud music until 2 am from the nearby recreation center "Veterok". We asked to change the room, they say the children are small and such a stench. They hesitated, apparently they were waiting on their paws, and since. we didn't give anything then didn't get another number. For bad conditions, they promised to give us a kettle, a basin, and wash clothes in a washing machine. But in the end they gave only one basin, where we washed things. And once, at my request, they cleaned the room. And so I myself took a broom with a scoop from them and cleaned up, because sand is very much worn from the beach. And I don't want to sleep in the sand. We were evicted at 12.00, and the bus at 20.00. I asked to stay at least for an hour and a half, to which I heard a refusal (the next check-in at 15.00, they said an hour for cleaning). As a result, I plucked up the nerve and left the room at 13.30. At lunchtime, our child fell asleep right on the bench in the yard, and only one nurse invited us to the building (near the sea) with sofas in the corridors, where the child slept. The common toilet is generally filthy (there were poop), smelly, apparently it has not been cleaned for a long time. The nurse had her own toilet nearby, but the child was not allowed to go there. And after all this impudence, I decided to leave this review. Is it really impossible to make a normal toilet for people, especially since you have to wait so long. For the money they charge for their stinky rooms, you can find something better. . For children, I do not recommend this base at all, because there really is nothing for them. Sometimes we went to eat at the Cardinal recreation center, where the animator worked, and our children could dance a little, where there was a good playground (but the security guard did not allow them to be on their territory for a long time).

The territory is green, pleasant and well-groomed, there is a swimming pool (paid from this year).
Beach - there are wooden umbrellas, awnings, but to be honest, they are of little use, like shadows. Sunbeds are paid.
The sea-water is muddy, yet the estuary flowing into the sea and a sandy beach affect it. There were big blue jellyfish, but not many. In general, all the same, the sea is the sea))
Food - when I booked a hotel, I asked how they were with food. I was told that there is a cafe on site + a restaurant, so don't worry, we'll feed you. Upon arrival, it turned out that neither the cafe nor the restoran were open. September 5th is out of season. In general, people, the multicooker is our everything) At lunch, the smells of cutlets, borscht and pilaf were heard on the floor))))
Well, Zatoka herself, there is already someone who likes something. This is my second and probably last visit. I would like Zatoka to develop and become better in every way, so that these old Sovdepov recreation centers that stand right on the beach and on the balconies of which people dry (the question is why? ) old carpets will be taken to hell. I want good, or at least normal hotels, with normal adequate service and smiling administrators (and not with a facial expression "Are you leaving, thank God, or are you staying, God forbid? "). In general, all the best and have a good holiday))))

We came to Zatoka for the first time. In search of a room, we went to Hellas. We were met by a girl with a dubious appearance (brunette), who introduced herself as an administrator, next to her was a guy who was playing on the phone without stopping. We explained that we wanted to rent a sea view room for a couple of days.

We came to Zatoka for the first time. In search of a room, we went to Hellas. We were met by a girl with a dubious appearance (brunette), who introduced herself as an administrator, next to her was a guy who was playing on the phone without stopping. We explained that we wanted to rent a sea view room for a couple of days. And then it began. Instead of answering that they do not have numbers, or suggesting to stay for a longer period, the girl began to play up, and clearly hint that if we put money in her pocket, she would find us a number. After long conversations and hints of money, she nevertheless gave us a registration card to fill out. While my husband went to the car for documents, people came with a desire to rent a room for 3 days (more for 1 day). The girl began to talk openly with the guy that we need to refuse. I have never seen such arrogance and narrow-mindedness. After such an attitude of the staff, we did not want to stay there for a minute!
Where is their director looking? Such personnel should not only be fired, but also financially punished! After all, if the service was at the proper level, we would come more than once !!! !

We passed the heels of the hotel, before that we rested a couple of times in the hotel "Ellada", but for 580 UAH! For the room, they did not find anything sensible. We decided to stop again at "Hellas", the same rooms as before, but for 795 UAH.
