My wife and I arrived for 5 days, so to speak, to take a break from the bustle of the city, we are glad that the drive is only 200 km. Unfortunately, there are more cons than pros.
Pros:
1. Guarded parking.
2. Restaurant with delicious cuisine on site.
3.30 m. and you are at the sea.
4. Clean rooms.
5. Beautiful yard with landscaping.
Minuses:
1. Audibility in the rooms, you can hear the neighbors from everywhere, from the side and from above. It is impossible to sleep, from 7:30, from 8:0.100% will wake you up. You can hear everything: the TV of the neighbors, conversations, the clatter of elephants, you can even hear the cleaner washing the floors from the next room, I’m already silent about the vacuum cleaner. Not everyone comes to rest to scratch at the sea at 7 in the morning, and some also want to sleep.

2. At 9 in the morning, a cleaning lady bursts into your room, despite the fact that the room is closed and the curtains too, that is, you are sleeping, well, this does not stop her from banging on the window until you send her away.
3. Terrible mattress, its springs crushed all my ribs with my wife. For pillows, in general, a separate conversation, what kind of pillow is 3 cm thick? Fortunately, we always ride on vacation with our own pillows and bed linen.
4. Regarding the use of electrical appliances, you cannot use a hair dryer, curling iron or electric kettle, as this is prohibited. This one how? What if you want to drink coffee in the morning? Or does the wife want to straighten her bangs? Or dry your hair after the sea?
5. About hot water, yes it is, and even boiling water, but there is so little cold water that it is problematic to regulate the shower, because while taking a shower, boiling water can run sharply, it scalded well a couple of times.
6. TV screen size is smaller than on my laptop.
7. Drivers and for you there is a fly in the ointment. Since your car spends the night here at the base, you can’t leave the base without a pass, it’s a one-time pass and you need to get it from the administrator before 8 pm, and if after, you won’t be let out. That is, you need to think ahead where and when you want to go.
I would not write such a review, but the administration itself is to blame, everything that is written here is honest truth without decorations, so that in the future people will not be mistaken with the choice of a boarding house.

When checking in, the administrator swore that there was excellent sound insulation and you couldn’t hear the neighbors, we didn’t want to pay for all 5 days of rest, but she insisted. We slept one night, realized that there was a problem with audibility, I asked to be moved to the 3rd floor, from the 1st floor, I was refused, citing that there were no places. Guys, I am now writing this review in Brigantine - 09/06/2016, which places are not available, in general 60% of the rooms are empty. They don’t want to return the money and, like, at least this 3 days, it’s all to endure. The words of the administrator: "What do you want, there is such sound insulation everywhere and even on the 3rd floor, you will hear everything! " But she said something different yesterday.
