Not the first time in this hotel. Was in 2016. I’ll clarify right away that both times I was in the “low season”, when 70% of the hotel was not populated. The view of the sea and the location will always be a plus, from the Bugaz station on foot 15 minutes. If you have one backpack behind your back, and go for 3-4 days, then it is very convenient.

For passengers of the Kyiv-Izmail train, the guards did not sleep at 6 in the morning and were ready to wake up the administrators to accommodate me, in advance without any additional payments. I planned to work, and immediately asked for a room with WiFi, closer to the router. My Internet was flying. Late check-out must be paid, unlike early check-in, it is not given : ))
Improvements since 2016: showers are modern, laid out on the floor, with good drainage. There are no longer those cramped booths with rolling doors of the early 2000s. The ladder has become safer. The beach and the area have become even cleaner.
Rooms: clean and well maintained, as if they had just opened, although the hotel is already 10 years old. There are enough sockets and light bulbs, the curtains are perfectly ironed. Spacious lockers for clothes, odorless and traces of use. There is no hair dryer in the room, you need to ask the administration.
Cleaning: I miss the "do not disturb" sign and the broom to sweep the sand 4 times a day : ) This is a beach hotel, sand will be everywhere, even if the cleaning is daily.
Security: closed territory, cameras everywhere. I used to not close the room at all, I didn’t hide any things. I felt very comfortable.
About the bad:
WiFi: same problems as in 2016. Either WiFi or sea view. There is simply no WiFi in the rooms "on the sea". The best WiFi is in those rooms that start with "3" view of the courtyard.
And about the unpleasant before rolling eyes and snorting: count towels after changing linen. Especially if there are more than 2 people in the room. Pay attention to glasses, ashtrays and other property of the hotel. There is a possibility that before departure you will pay for towels, which most likely were not reported to you. In this case, the hotel is always right. Even if you definitely didn’t take these things. No one will accuse you of stealing, but be prepared to pay for everything. I think that towels should be included in the room rate, which in this non-budget hotel is quite decent to cover such oversights on the part of the staff, and not add stress to tourists on the day of departure.
This hotel is ideal for 2-3 nights for free travelers, couples, active girls and boys aged 60+ who want to sleep in a clean, well-maintained place.
Families with children and longer stays may want more at this price.

2. At 9 in the morning, a cleaning lady bursts into your room, despite the fact that the room is closed and the curtains too, that is, you are sleeping, well, this does not stop her from banging on the window until you send her away.
3. Terrible mattress, its springs crushed all my ribs with my wife. For pillows, in general, a separate conversation, what kind of pillow is 3 cm thick? Fortunately, we always ride on vacation with our own pillows and bed linen.
4. Regarding the use of electrical appliances, you cannot use a hair dryer, curling iron or electric kettle, as this is prohibited. This one how? What if you want to drink coffee in the morning? Or does the wife want to straighten her bangs? Or dry your hair after the sea?
5. About hot water, yes it is, and even boiling water, but there is so little cold water that it is problematic to regulate the shower, because while taking a shower, boiling water can run sharply, it scalded well a couple of times.
6. TV screen size is smaller than on my laptop.
7. Drivers and for you there is a fly in the ointment. Since your car spends the night here at the base, you can’t leave the base without a pass, it’s a one-time pass and you need to get it from the administrator before 8 pm, and if after, you won’t be let out. Pros: 1) wet cleaning in the room every day. 2) Checked into the hotel at 12:30, before the scheduled time. Cons: 1) For our five full days of stay in Brigantine, we were NEVER changed bed linen, even when we asked for it! They said five days wasn't long enough for a change of bed.

3) In the room next to us, they settled people with a dog that barked every day, from five in the morning until late in the evening. Although it is stated that the settlement with pets is prohibited.

We really liked the hotel. Family vacation - 2 adults and a 2 year old. Check-in from 14.00, but we were settled at 12.00 without any problems and surcharges. The room is large, beautiful, new furniture, large double bed, cleaning is very high quality. Also, each room has a large enough balcony, a cozy area with flower beds and benches.
