We had a corporate party here. There were 25 of us. From the pleasant - the territory and our mood and friendship. But as far as the facility and the service are concerned, this is a very low level. Details:
1. Swimming pool. We booked a separate pool for the company. He was dirty. At the bottom was silt, on the water flies, ladybugs, dead wasps. Well, we think we may not have had time to turn on the filter. But no. The filter was never turned on. Well, don't start with the negative.
FURTHER WORSE!
2. For 25 people we put ONE, yes, it's no joke ...ONE waiter. Which came to the table every 15-30 minutes.
3. No light. No light was arranged over the food court. We asked for additional lighting, we were not denied, but we were also rudely joked.
4. Many mosquitoes. They asked to put springs from insects, they didn't put them for a long time, they said they wouldn't help. In 45 minutes they brought one! And the one without mounting, put just next to the plate.

5. There are no hair dryers in the rooms! The rooms are dirty. Repair "tired".
We rented 5 rooms. Impressions of them are below average.
6. Tried to steal a bottle of cognac! It's just a shame! Around 11 am, they asked to bring an extra bottle. In order for you to better understand the situation, our team drinks little. And there were only TWO bottles of cognac. But these oaks thought to steal it. Because they told us for 30 minutes that they didn't have more of our cognac and that we drank it. And only after our offer to go and see together, the bottle was found. It's just a shame. And besides, we did not cook. We started arguing the next day, because we couldn't stand the nerves!
7. Lack of breakfast and pofigism. Tomorrow we waited for more than an hour. They couldn't even bring coffee or water. Nobody is responsible for anything. And we already wanted to talk to the administrator, who turned out to be absolutely DO NOT care. FROM completely.
8. Expelled from the pool. But the administrator for some reason decided that we ordered the pool until 12 at night, although we had a corporate party with 17:0.
July 16 to 12.
00 the next day July 17. And accordingly, we also ordered the pool. But ..."I couldn't tell you that. " Well, where is the logic? We had a big company, we paid a lot of money for the pool, and it's inadequate.
9. Tactlessness of staff. At 6:30 am, the cleaners started cleaning around the pool and talking loudly, rattling buckets and chairs ...Everyone was encouraged.
10. Fatal disorganization. Already at 9 we began to be actively squeezed out of our recreation area, at 10 the next group of animators arrived and began to place props, although our departure was only at 11:00. There is no normal separation of vacationers, synchronization.

I DEFINITELY do not advise anyone to visit this institution.
Especially large companies.

Later in the afternoon on July 17, a child of our colleague, who was forced to stay there, was hit by a drunken man in the pool and injured his son.

We did not spoil our mood, and you still did not spoil the event, we enjoyed spending an hour in the company of our team. But it is simply impossible to do business like this, we will never come back to you again.
