We rested from 15 to 22 January 2021. Friends recommended this place to us, they liked it.
We had doubts: to go to rest or not, because the forecasts were to be -20 degrees below zero. Despite the weather conditions - heavy snow and frost, all the cottages were occupied. The area is located near a picturesque place near a pine forest and on the shores of the Kiev Sea. Quiet and cozy. For 2 days we took a suite for two in an authentic hotel in a hunting style. The Christmas tree was also decorated, it was a pleasant impression that we returned to the New Year holiday. At the reception we were greeted very kindly at the check-in, settled down immediately, provided an extra bed: there were three of us. In general, our questions at the reception were resolved quickly (we remembered the administrator Lyudmila, very nice, thank you very much! ).
The suite was clean and warm (fridge, electric kettle, TV). The bed is clean, the blanket is warm.
The room is cozy, we liked it. The room has a large panoramic window with a beautiful view of the country complex.
A nice bonus - the floor in the bathroom is heated.
Breakfast is ordered in the restaurant, there are 4 types of breakfast to choose from.
There is a parking lot on the territory, a lot of space, the territory is guarded.

Later we moved to the cottage "Villa Studio". Near the cottages were Christmas trees decorated with toys, which added fabulousness to our holiday. By the way, all the cottages are different, it's also interesting. Our cottage was clean, very warm, air conditioning. We heated the fireplace every night and made mulled wine.
The cottage near the kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove with two burners, electric kettle, microwave, pan, frying pan, beautiful utensils for four people - plates, tea cups, many different glasses for alcoholic beverages, cutlery.
There is an internal telephone for communication with the administration, issues were resolved very quickly: delivery of firewood for the fireplace, replacement of the cooler with water, order a sauna, etc. Sauna in the cottage for free for 3 hours. After it in the cottage to get even warmer.
