We thought it would be nice to relax in nature in a normal place, we chose it, because according to the reviews and pictures everything was ok. In parallel - what are these positive reviews? Who likes this place? Do we have all the homeless who get high from the dirt? In short, either people don’t care that the owners and staff don’t care about them, or there are no other options. After the trip, I was convinced that well-known booking sites work for a reason, but for payment... how can such a place have a rating of 8.6? Is a mockery? People, stop giving them high marks for nature - this is NOT THEIR MERIT!!!
That the rooms, that the houses - what a pipets dirty, they are not cleaned. At all. Why? ) This redneck-mass is already grabbing - this is the motto of Glebovka. Starting from the front door, everything is dirty: the curtain + torn, the floors, in the garbage from previous guests, furniture, everything is also stained, dishes, a bathroom with broken plumbing, torn curtains and mold, the floors and ceilings have never been washed, everything is stained by a one-year-old dirt, scratched, never scraped, cobwebs everywhere, flies and mosquitoes... Guys, this is not allowed. This is such a puke in the direction of your guests, which put an end to you.
It was I who then began to look at reviews with comments in detail, but some adequate people wrote to you that it was terribly dirty. You do nothing, absolutely, no reaction for uh 10 years? Plus, summing up everything seen:

it doesn’t matter which house or number - it’s dirty everywhere, while everyone hopes “that the neighbors were cleaned better”,
the staff does not always answer the phone, they will not be able to help with an emergency if you have it at night - wait for the morning or go for help / to the pharmacy / store yourself, and this is several kilometers from the village, you won’t hit the road on foot. There is no doctor and first aid kit, there is no paid messenger either,
the territory is also not well-groomed, it fell away there, broke off there,
from the neighboring gintama in the summer it is very noisy at night, incl. ,
breakfast is not included in the price and the prices are not very low,
paid pool,
if you turn on the sauna - the next 8 hours on the second floor is not something to sleep, it will be impossible to breathe until all the heat is gone, and in some houses the window from above does not open,
cats are dark and they are not kicked out, they are arrogant and climb into houses and on tables,
there are spa services, and they seem to be good, but during their time the staff does not wear masks, and now the coronavirus... and you are lying, and the master exhales air from your mouth and nose into your mouth and nose and you hope that you will be blown away. Don't you have money to give them masks?? ? You have houses from almost 5 thousand UAH...
from detergents in the bathroom - Dishman shampoo-gel 2 in 1, which is poured into cans on the wall and it is impossible to press it with the 1st hand, period, there is nothing else,
if you are unlucky with your neighbors - you will not see silence, as well as near the playground and the pool / beach.
The idea was good - houses in the forest, nature, pools, but here they don’t care about guests, the owners don’t give a damn about them, the main thing is to have money. It would be better if you saved on a couple of houses that are constantly being added, and invested this money in the general cleaning, but not once. Cleanliness is the law of everything, it is the first thing you pay attention to.

It was not rest, but torture, waiting for the morning to come and you will leave this nightmare without picking up bedbugs. Someone wrote to you - burn your houses and rebuild - I agree, if you wash them broke. I will try to recommend you to as many friends as possible.
