Good afternoon! Our family and families of friends used to frequent this establishment regularly. Now it’s disgusting to go there, all family holidays were celebrated only in Dzherel, all our non-resident guests also visited there and were delighted. BUT... it’s not clear to me how you can treat guests so dismissively: rudeness, you can’t wait for an order, they cheat at every step, the discount system has been canceled, and the manager is a separate conversation altogether, the person is simply not brought up. Only in our company, people who always celebrated birthdays there, abandoned this idea this year. I want to turn to the owner of the establishment: "If you don't need it anymore, just close it and that's it, you don't need to deceive people. Apart from fresh air, there is nothing left here, neither a warm and cozy atmosphere, nor delicious homemade cuisine. You regularly serve dishes fromspoiled products. There is absolutely no loyalty to the guests. It's a pity... very sorry....".
