Rested with friends, enjoyed it. Nature, air, territory is beautiful. The cuisine is delicious. Caesar salad with shrimp is awesome, shish kebab is big pieces of meat, well, very tasty. She asked to call the administrator (3 times), then she went to look for him herself. She told about the situation and asked for dinner at his expense - he refused, said that then I would take the money and move out - I got it, he said that he would organize everything. When we finally had dinner, they brought us the bill and my first order (kebab with vegetables). What the hell did I need him after 2.5 hours and after eating ? ! And why say that everything is organized, and then bear the bill? ! Blatant disrespect for the customer. Further: find a waiter - cross the territory, get food (even scrambled eggs) - 40 minutes waiting minimum, to get a towel in the pool - 20 minutes waiting. If you want faster, self-service. And this despite the fact that the prices are on the level!

All the nuances of the preparation and holding of the holiday were discussed in advance by the administrator Oleya. She is a true expert in her field, thanks to which all current issues were resolved quickly and without problems.
Special thanks to the chefs and waiters: the dishes matched the menu and were very tasty, everything was served and cleaned on time.
Hotel rooms are clean, modern, with new furniture.
There were no problems with the final calculation either - everything was as agreed, nothing extra was included in the bill.
And of the cons:
- at the end of the banquet in the hall it became quite cool, the heat gun did not help;
- in almost all hotel rooms showers leaked, the sanitary condition of plumbing is poor, soap from the bath set is practically not washed (it is better to shave your hygiene products);
- it was cold in the hotel rooms, although there were convectors and air conditioners for heating;
- in the VIP-room for the newlyweds it was very cold: the convectors were out of order (one of them was quickly replaced), the air conditioner could not cope with heating;
Despite the disadvantages - the overall impression is very good! ! ! ! ! I RECOMMEND! ! ! ! !

We didn’t have stewards, and I did all the decor myself, absolutely nothing from help. All she did was only increase our account every day. We agreed that there would be large round tables, and the day before the wedding, when it was already necessary to arrange bouquets for the tables, it turned out that there would be small ones... no one warned and did not lead with an ear. On the eve of the wedding, I spent the night in a hotel, booked a room for 350 UAH, in advance, a few weeks in advance ! ! (please note that she wrote everything down with us! ), And when my husband went for the key, the rooms turned out to be sold out and we were left with a room for 450 . . Further, the morning before the ceremony, I’m standing in a wedding dress, my husband puts an arch on the pontoon in front of the lake, she comes up to me and says: “A place on the pantone costs 400 UAH! ” Further, we celebrated the second day there, and the parents bought more food and put it in refrigerators in the large hall, where they celebrated. Olya asked why so many, we explained to her that it was on the second day. We bought 3 kilos of red fish, the same amount of ham, 8 kilos of grapes, 2.5 kilos of cheese and a lot of vegetables....The tables are small, round, they were completely filled with food, the dishes stood in 2 tiers, the table did not have time to eat, changed dishes and carried away. We were told that everything that remains, we pack, and we are warmed up on the second day... so they did, but there was not even half of everything. Thank God that they themselves marinated a large amount of meat and fish, so there would not be anything to eat ! ! When the mother-in-law went into the kitchen at the end of the first day (when the guests were about to leave! ) To see what was left, she was shocked that the refrigerators were already empty. In the center of the kitchen stood three aunts of the cook, leaning on the tables. When asked where all the food was on the second day, they answered: “Everything, everything, nothing, everyone ate, everyone ate everything that was on the tables !! ” and waved their hands away from her. CAKE!! ! I ate a piece of cake when I was feeding my husband, and they put a piece on each table, the guests were tired and didn’t eat it anymore, they also thought that they would pack it... but in the end we never saw it . . I was very upset, I chose the cake for a very long time, and it was very tasty. .
