We rested in this place for 5 days with my husband and child - very many were not satisfied. Photos on booking and office. the site is much more beautiful than in real life - a skilled photographer and photoshop work wonders.
In addition to everything, all three of us were terribly POISONED after dinner at the Terrassa restaurant, this was generally the 1st poisoning in a child’s life. The symptoms began an hour after supper. I’ll note right away that we didn’t eat our food and fruits, we only drank bottled water and from a restaurant, no one had any problems with the gastrointestinal tract.
The food is not fresh - all that is left uneaten after breakfast is served for lunch, after lunch - for dinner, and so on all the time.

All the time THERE IS NOT ENOUGH DISHES in the restaurant - you have to look for employees and wait for 5-10 minutes until they wash and bring clean plates and cups. Teaspoons, the impression is, 20 pieces for the whole hotel - they are constantly missing, it is impossible to wait for clean ones. Spoons and forks are always dirty - dishes are clearly washed by hand.
The tables in the restaurant outside are constantly dirty! Wait for the waiter to wipe - a long time.
Black tea bags are constantly missing - they run out quickly, they don’t bring a replacement.
Often in the middle (not even at the end) of a lunch-dinner, meat and fish dishes end and they are replaced with something completely different. For breakfast, in the ending pot with thick (!!! ) semolina, they simply added half a pot of water with milk, as a result, a liquid milk “drink” was obtained.

The safe does not work - they changed 2 of them (brought them from other rooms), spent 30 minutes of our time, in the end - all are not working.
There are not enough towels in the pool near the bar for all the guests! How is that even possible? At the same time, towels were not brought to us in return, we waited an hour. I'm already silent about the lack of sunbeds and umbrellas. The sunbeds in all 3 pools are plastic and without soft mattresses. The water in the outdoor pools is dirty - obvious filtration problems.
After paying for the reservation, she called 4 times to confirm the receipt of funds - for 2 days at the reception they could not figure it out and find my payment.
