Absolute discrepancy between price and quality.
The rooms are small, but decent enough. Paving work is being done on the territory, and it is generally unmaintained. Lack of street lighting - everyone walks with flashlights in the evening. The food is monotonous and not very tasty. On the street, including on the terrace of the restaurant, there are many dogs and cats that are not aggressive, they are all fed, but it shouldn't be like that...Although we didn't go hungry, we would have liked to have something more worthy for such a price. For comparison, they rested in Skhidnytsia, "three sons and a daughter" - 5*, - for the same price per day, but not comparable at all.
Absence of a doctor (because it's a day off), a nurse and just a first aid kit...
If the price was, let's say, half as much, then no one would expect anything else, but such a price must be met.
