This year, it's very frustrating that you can't have coffee at the beginning of the seventh at the receptionist Xenia... you have to wait until 7:00. Although last year another receptionist could make coffee anytime she was around! And this disinterested attitude also draws attention to the already dirty gray color of clean towels in the room, to the excessive smell of bleach in the bathroom, to the line in the dining room (because the waiter simply does not physically have time). It makes you think about changing the hotel next year, which is a pity. . .

" I lied that they had an emergency shutdown throughout the city and there would be water in the evening. By evening, the water had not appeared, they rang to other bases - they heard about the problem with water in the city for the first time.

We simply do not accommodate people, but those who managed to settle in, we apologize and with full compensation we relocate to other bases. With this approach to business, it's better to just get a normal job and not spoil people's vacation.

Having chosen LUX-Comfort for accommodation, we expected to get exactly Comfort, BUT: - only a specially trained watchman could unfold the sofa, and under the weight of 9 kg of the child, the sofa fell apart in the first room (the kid got scared); HONEYMOONS NO ENTRY - there is no remote control from the TV and they said that they never will be; - the promised hot water did not go either at 18.

- only a specially trained watchman could unfold the sofa, and under the weight of 9 kg of the child, the sofa fell apart in the first room (the kid got scared); HONEYMOONS NO ENTRY
- there is no remote control from the TV and they said that they never will be;
- the promised hot water did not go either at 18.00 or at 19.00, and even when we safely left at 19.30 it was not there either;
- pillowcases for luxury LEAKED;
- in the room (2nd floor of the building) damp and cold;
- mushroom bath
And if you want someone to solve your problems, then you will be sent a WATCHMAN!

The place is disgusting! Rude attitude from the staff, dirty bed linen and towels, no hot water, Wi-Fi does not work, there are no badges on the staff. The only argument: "if you don't like it - move out! " I will not advise anyone to stay there!! ! Wasted money and nerves!
